Bids always looked like it was gonna fail too.
Wouldnt you have thought though, that if there was more interest from other parties at present, there would have been more of an inclination, either in the SP, a leak or RNS? As it is i cannot see anything. Maybe i need glasses.
Hi in the sun. I brought in at 1.44 and stop loss got hit at 1.30. As i said i may have been interested at getting back in at below £1. I had the chance but after the last link i posted i thought it best to wait. Im waiting out at the mo, as its been below £1 im sure without news it can easily go below again.
Your probably right, I was shocked at it going so low previously. So obviously if it the move fails it can go there again. Any views on whats happening i thought there may have been more of a rise to come as there had been talk of 30-35p a share. It seems to me that any talks may fail?

I have been looking into this also and found it quite confusing. The shares are seen as a overhang. This link may be of interest http://boards.fool.co.uk/Message.asp?mid=10517718&sort=recommendations

Panmure Sprice is a different story altogether (one to watch imo) EBT at worst 13p a share (after no bid), could see a steady climb to 30p first though.
http://www.hemscott.com/news/comment-archive/item.do?id=41268 EBT’s house broker Panmure Gordon has remained bulish, however, setting a 36p target price on the shares in the wake of that alert.
Another simular release yesterday. My stop loss hit a while back now. This looks headed towards £1, if it goes below i may get back in. Did you read this previous link http://www.livemint.com/2007/11/21004643/Jatropha-may-secure-energy-bu.html I found the quotes by Sumit Sarkar quite worrying “We will be lucky if we get 2,000 tonnes of seeds this year,”
This may be of interest to you. http://www.sharesmagazine.com/node/2606 might have something to do with it
People have already started to jump in. But if you can confirm sometime that would be good thanks.

Does anyone have any idea why the dispute is such a problem, I read somewhere that the disputed shares could be seen as an overhang. Anyone? It will be interesting to see there trading update this week! We already know its going to be good! Should give it a boost.
http://www.caymannetnews.com/news-3238--1-1--.html Might be worth a punt again?
Could you possibly tell me why Tony Chan claiming of the 28% share of the late Nina Wang is effecting the share price so much? This company seems to be outperforming all the time.
This part interested me From 1 October 2007 all of D1's planting of Jatropha curcas is intended to be through D1-BP Fuel Crops. D1's effective economic interest in total planting assets, including its 50% share in planting undertaken by local joint venture partners, is in the process of being transferred into the D1-BP Fuel Crops joint venture. Does this mean they are going to totally end up just D1-BP?
