Yesterday I spoke with a good friend of mine, who like me entered this investment pre–Ernest G outcome, so you could say been here for considerable time. It's been a journey to reach this point and yesterday we reached a crossroads he sold for his reasons, and the best of luck to him. For myself it goes on, the company growing, the fundamentals can't argue against, the future i believe is brighter than it's ever been in GGP. (Just my View)

Like yourself I’m currently in southern hemisphere for Xmas, New Zealand. Also like yourself have been in Greatland for a while pre E G days.

Haven’t sold anything and continue to be even more happier with my investment.

When you are more than happy with the management team, and like you have met Shaun Day and couldn’t wish for a better operator it’s difficult to consider reducing your eggs in one basket and mitigating risk. I still believe this has a long long way to go over the next few years, and I’m struggling with reducing here on the basis as you say knowledge gained on 1 company thanks to a number of contributions from key members of this forum Bamps, Pady, Element and Ive always enjoyed your posts also on the SOLG board I have a small holding there but nothing like size of holding here 95 % portfolio . Where to after? Think I’ll stick around for a while yet. Feels like we have been through the storm some real difficult times, recognising it won’t be plane sailing but honestly can’t see anything else it there like this company.

I’ve also been on the journey, I remember back in the day becoming angry as we reduced to 14p a share. Now here we are on the return journey and how this company has changed. It’s been such a journey and if you’ve been on since EG days it’s also been a free and great education.

I am now relaxed and confident of the super group now in charge of our company, and hugely thankful for Shaun Day.

The trader will have their day, whilst the long-term holder will eventually have theirs (and maybe a bigger one). The current price is very detached from the true value of the now included purchased assets and rising gold price. I've waited a number of years for a repeat of SP rise that was built purely on a discovery, and now more than happy to sit back and watch the next 12-24 months of company growth associated with tangible assets.

Pushing through 10 won’t be an issue with a favourable funding RNS released.

The Asset speaks for itself, sort the funding and 10p will be in the past, this will push back towards the 20’s.

The M+A season appears to have commenced, AU and CU price rises supersonic forecasts.

Funding gets announced then sit tight !

Have been in this share pre Newmont EG debacle.

Very disappointing to see GGP SP rise over last few weeks and then be manipulated back down. Holding for the end game, been in too long to be shaken off. Have added more during periods of reduced SP and will do again. The only way to play this current if you can, buy the dips. Don’t let these Fockn games distract from the end prize. 2024 Lassonde Curve will kick in as further positive announcements are made.

As much as I hate these games, I’ll continue to take opportunity, whilst these crooked Fockers continue their antics!

Looking at the fundamentals to date, (size of the beast Hav) the news rich period we have entered into, this has to be a great opportunity and timing to get involved.

Shaun confirmed yesterday the support of a Major in terms of funding should it be required (amazing backing). The drill bit turning across other targets within the region, potential for unbelievable company growth should just one of them hit a high grade zone. Its been a tough couple of years, hopefully this week on the back of yesterdays RNS, the tide has turned.

Have sat on my hands through a dark period and will certainly be doing that as we go forth and upwards.

About sums it up.

I personally road this out through original Newmont decision (EG), and now doing it again.

Have taken the opportunity to buy more in preparation for the eventual ride north.

Only thing that could possibly derail this true opportunity is the cheap take out, but convinced Shaun and team know this and are prepared for this.

When the Lassonde curve round 2 finally kicks in will be sweet joy, until that point it’s all pointless noise.

Suggest re visiting the fundamentals again.

This week seems worse than ever for the doomsayers, crap peddlers, all having their bit of fun getting a bite whilst the SP slowly reduces. When this turns and it will, they will be gone their sport will be over. Suggest the filter button its there for a reason DO NOT get distracted by these absolute timewasters focus on the prize. The SP drifting south, interested parties will be looking at this as prime opportunity. The Ecuadorian government will need reassurance someone can deliver!
The current money in the bank how long is that going to last ?
Happy to sit back, between now and next 12 - 18 months this will be sold, just maybe cheaper than some had hoped.
Whilst we sit at this price or maybe lower the opportunity is massive for potential TO and we are clearly in that season.
