Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
I note that the information that you posted earlier today comes from QGC's website on their Future Projects. It seems extremely likely that the zinc project that they refer to is for Shuka to acquire as QGC have shown on their map of resources, of which they say they own a percentage, a zinc resource for sometime now and we know that QGC and Jason Brewer will have organised commencement of due diligence on projects before they announced their funding.
I would like to think that Shuka might also take an interest in the Mozambiquan resource as that sounds one which would be very useful to be involved in. Whether that proves to be the case, we shall find out in due course. It is notable that QGC already have a 25% interest in another vanadium project.
Added £5K at 13.33p just now. Opportunity after a few sells these past few days.
Funny seeing the 1 trade today. RNS in the morning?
I know that the 1 trade doesn’t confirm an RNS ready to be released, but you never know. Funds from QGC were supposed to be transmitted yesterday according to JB; so let’s hope it happened.
Good to see the late buy this afternoon above the quoted offer price. It just shows that there are not that many shares available and that augers well for when we receive positive news. May even get the confirmation tomorrow of funds all being received. Certainly it should be this week.
3.14 SP has remained above 20dma since mid-July and risen from 5p level. Little volume currently and SP consolidating. So holding up well now whilst waiting for news. Any slight drop is an opportunity to add to your investment.
3.14 what do you mean?
Jason Brewer
Subscription monies from GMI already received. From reliable resource, QGC monies will be received this week. So, expect an RSI very shortly confirming this and then we can look forward to further announcements on going forward.
Hi Green Wolf. I do agree that it is doubtful whether Rukwa is worth keeping and spending any more money on it, and certainly I have invested not for Rukwa but for what Jason Brewer and QGC can achieve with metals such as copper and zinc that will be in demand more and more as time goes by in the 'green' revolution.
QGC's expertise in coal mining is going to be important in dealing with Rukwa.
kicked off the ska trading with the two buys this morning to add to my holding.
always a good opportunity to buy whilst quiet and i am sure that with qgc and gmi's funds and with their bosses, *****on and jason, we should see a bag within the next six months. more than likely they have zinc and copper resources to acquire once all of the funding as been transferred (expected next week now, if not today).
will be interesting also to see what they decide to do with the existing coal mine. sell or spend money on it to upgrade the plant.
Indeed and I expect that acquisitions are lined up.
Am advised that funds transfer from QGC and GMI is likely to be completed this week, and then they may announce first acquisition.
Good opportunity to buy with degree of profit-taking today IMHO.
Thanks EllieK. Someone else has also confirmed that more than likely they are buys; so disguised by quoted spread.
Are 5.7899p trades in fact buys?
Company is waiting on an external party before it can advise on the funding for the drills planned. I was advised that there was no guarantee on the date when this might be, only a hope it would be early July.
I’m happy to wait in the knowledge that there is a plan in place and it is only, as usual, a matter of time, partly outside the company’s control, and that the company has four resource areas in all of which they have found between them gold, copper, nickel, cobalt, silver, graphite, lithium and zinc in varying degrees.
The 3.79 p trade was a buy as well! So misleading.
Added again at 3.8p showing as a sale. Crafty mms creating misleading quoted spread
AGM is this Thursday 8 June. Wouldn't it be great to have an update then.
Hi Jap1996
Quickest way to get up to date with progress is to read the quarterly report at www.aquis.eu/stock-exchange/announcements/4076124 and latest Stockbox interview at www.stockboxmedia.com/interviews/marula-mining-snapshot-update-on-blesberg-kinusi-nyorinyori-and-bagamoyo-maru/
Aquis page for Marula gives all the RNSs as do the LSE of course.

QGC's website
From the RNS - The Capital Raising has been undertaken with two strategic investors, QGC and GMI, both of whom will become major shareholders in the Company.
