Nearly there?3 Sep 2025 21:19
I suspect that we are nearly there. I do know that the 300,000 trade today was a buy and perhaps the 200,000 was as well.
With it having been over two months since GMI agreed to lend a further £1.5m on top of the £165K that was still to be drawn then, I have to agree that we cannot be far off now the money being available to finance the cash payment to Leopard and provide required working capital.
Do remember that the shares that are to be issued to Leopard shareholders will be at 7.737p a premium of 121% over the current offer price today. After the shares are issued to them the mcap of the company will still be less than £6m. With an asset worth over £2 billion, and as CEO Richard Lloyd said on the last RNS, "The Company can now accelerate its geological, mining and mineral processing planning for this world famous asset.".
The shares will be well undervalued imho. There may not be much time now to buy at the current level.
