DR - I don't think that is the case as the options were awarded prior to any closed period. I think they can exercise them but not sell them.

It doesn't really matter what licenses they used to have - they don't currently have them and are taking are long time to get them - considering how easy it is according to your logic. Not here to argue and I can see both sides. Happy to let it play out and lets hope we get a decent RNS within the next month.

The BOD being the biggest holders is one of the factors that keeps me holding.

Del - I don't mind Mac's posts as many are linked to previous RNS's but he could probably ease up on stating some of his opinions as fact. Nobody knows where this will end up but I'm pretty confident that all LTH will be rewarded for their perseverance / patience. I'll be holding to the conclusion.

Agreed. Full value definitely wouldn't be factored in but even a few pence would maybe bring some positive sentiment back to the share. I think even 9p would entice many investors who are currently sitting on the sidelines to take another look.

Del - I agree. If they were able to get the license at any time they would surely do it asap. That news alone, I believe, would give the SP a boost.

I emailed the company at the end of last week to enquire about the options and whether they would be able to be taken up whilst under the NDA but I've not had a reply yet. If I get one I will let you all know.

AJ - I think the institutions had to sell down due to the change from small to micro cap a few months ago.
