You do realise an AGM is a statutory requirement, and that a board cannot withhold material information to shareholders just to align with an AGM. So tedious now.

In my experience, it is VERY rare for company’s to engage in their own transactions (acquisitions) if there is anything on the horizon in terms of a disposable or big commercial deal.

Agreed, but I for one have been berated a number of times on here over the last 12 months now for calling out the BS from the likes of snakey and Unprecedented.
