What do you think replacing the board is going to do? What has it achieved replacing AS et all?

Fair value today? Really difficult question given I’m not a scientist and instead am from a finance background.

I would say somewhere between £1-1.40 is a fair reflection, but that could obviously change (overnight) on material good or bad news….

With all the dullards claiming they wouldn’t accept a £2/3 per share TO bid, would they like to enlighten us with some examples of listed targets being acquired and many multiples / premiums on current share price?

Whilst noting the markets are far from perfect, I frankly find it laughable to suggest even £2 per share would be offered at our current paltry MCap.

It’s abundantly clear, and has been for a while, be it with this example or countless others, that the likes of RAH, Myles and perhaps some others are using their influence amongst PI’s to their own personal gain. Amazing PI’s haven’t woken up to this.

Re selling, will be the same when (if) REX shares approved post AGM with some understandably taking 10/15%. Tempted to add now, but head says wait.

It’s dropped to around 50p because that’s what they raise at and was deemed a reasonable market price to get the placing away at by their brokers - simple.

Can argue until the cows come home about whether 50p was fair value or not, but that’s not the point.

Agreed we look cheap down here and funding elephant in the room now sorted, but reality is that it’s just bought the BOD another 2 years to commercialise our assets or the business as a whole (LD, takeover etc), or we’ll be back here again or lower in 2 years time!
