Agreed Tottyman, PC hiding behind the smoke screen of the AGM and avoiding telling us if he has actually managed to negotiate anything. Even if he told us he has signed an NDA and will let us know what he is actually doing sometime soon. It is ok for him with his tranche of shares as he knows exactly what is going on !!! Sadly, perhaps nothing zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

The purpose of my last post was to emphasise just how long we have been in discussions and that there was significant interest in our products. Correct me if I am wrong, but to date all have ever seen from SRES is highly dilutive finance from numerous placings. We now have all the cards in our hands and need to play them to our advantage. If this BOD are incapable of negotiating competitive financing and competitive offtake agreements, then they should step aside.

I cannot see anything wrong with that - surely this is the very least that long suffering pi's should expect !

CS PROJECT - UPDATE



Following a progress review with the Company's lead permitting consultant, EM Strategies, Sunrise Resources plc wishes to advise of a delay to the completion of mine permitting for its CS Pozzolan-Perlite Project in Nevada, USA.



The delay has been caused by the late introduction by the lead regulator, the US Bureau of Land Management ("BLM"), of some additional information reporting requirements for one of the Company's Supplemental Environmental Reports.



Whilst the BLM has undertaken to work expeditiously to review the additional information in order to mitigate any delay, the Company now believes that this requirement, when coupled with the forthcoming Christmas and New Year holidays, will push the completion of mine permitting into early 2020.



Commenting today Sunrise Executive Chairman Patrick Cheetham said: "Whilst any delay outside of our control is frustrating, all other aspects of the BLM permitting are now at an advanced stage and this delay is not expected to materially impact the Company's production planning. From this point forward we expect to be in a position to provide more regular updates on progress as we enter the final and public stages of mine permitting. In the meantime, the Company continues to progress discussions with likely offtake customers and continues to be encouraged by the growing interest in our pozzolan and perlite products."

Why the sudden change to expecting only 1p ?? Do you both mean that as starters on financing in pkace and off take agreements - surely the CS Project is worth at least 2p+ once mining commences !! Are you working for PC ??

Johnjb, my preference would be for a JV. I don't think many would hang about waiting on PC to develop precious metal projects based on his track record. Any outright sale would clearly benefit the purchaser, as they will have done their sums and will be looking to snap up a bargain in a volatile economic climate as we try to work our way thriugh the potential long tetm effects of COVID. I can understand that we are at the mercy if the Tanzanian govt re the mining licence approval, but what about the financing - I thought we had several intersted parties several months ago !

We seem to be regressing to the ACP of old which is not ideal. Where is this dynamic new BOD ? And as for Jenny Lee - what an absolute joke !!! Does she even exist, and if so, how much have we paid her for achieving absolutely ZIKCH !
