Has anybody any means of actually communicating with this company / the Directors by telephone or e-mail or pigeon that I could expect any form of response ? This BOD are a bunch of cowards IMVHO and have gone into hiding after a short period of singing like canaries ABOUT A DEAL THAT THEY HADN'T EVEN COMPLETED !! Disgusting way to treat shareholders - but usual AIM Coy's - they don't give a s*$£* AIMVHO

That is not my understanding of it evans - think are required to notify each prescribed percentage drop when the respective threshold is breached.

Was this just a deliberate cloak to throw over the table as they tried to screw a cheap deal ? Why announce a deal that had not been inked and then immediately go into suspension !!! I suspect foul play at work here and that the shareholders will not be the beneficiaries !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AIMVHO

Coming on for 3 months without any SIGNIFICANT DEVELOPMENTS on a deal that was seemingly done !! Gloss over it all you want and buy the excuses - but fact - the deal is clearly in jeopardy and suspension now seems very convenient !!

Doug Rycroft with a very smug face interview talking about the deal as if it was done and dusted. Plenty of noise at the time - and now - NOTHING !!!! You can't even get to speak to a BOD member - not replying to e-mails and apparently no available phone number that you can contact any of them on - they have simply gone AWOL !!!! This is AIM - this is simply disgusting !! AIMVHO

Certainly material information Bplanoeyes - we need a water supply for dust suppression, therefore the denial of such an application should have been reported to the market in my opinion. Maybe the BOD were too busy at the time to think of shareholders !!

Poor Control

This stock has a bit of a history with the Aussie investors bailing out several years ago, clearly to me now with the benefit of hindsight, they knew there was a bumpy road ahead with years to production and no guarantees. De-listed from the Aussie market and then a period of inactivity due to lack of quality experienced leaders to advance the project with any speed towards production.

And now we come to the 'sting' phase where pi's are scared out by market manipulation and rumours prior to a potential significant multi bag. Lets face it, we as pi's all know from experience that AIM is a rigged casino operating as such blatantly without any apparent control or intervention from the FCA. This is a playground for ii's taking candy from the pi's with relative ease. Look at how you are frozen out from buying or selling any significant quantities when it suits the mm's working with their ii buddies !

I got scared / cheated out of IRG just before it significantly multi bagged. I believe in AIM you need to have big balls and do not use stop losses - the mm's / ii's simply revel in a sea of low hanging fruit and pick it off at will.

I am in this stock for the long run as I believe that this company will achieve great things. No mm or shorting ii will scare me out of this until I consider top slicing at 10.00.

My advice is get out if you do not truly believe the story, but if you do, then hold tight through the bumps for the real prize !!! AIMVHO DYOR GLA

When you phone this number, you are told by the switchboard that SOLO are no longer part of Kadence Minerals and that they have no forwarding e-mail addresses or phone numbers !! They also claim to have no knowledge of Scirroco.

I have tried phoning and e-mailing Senior BOD members and Ben Romney at Buchanan Financial PR - and again no response.

It seems that SOLO / Scirroco have disappeared off the planet and all concerned have gone AWOL or are in radio silence mode.

Does anybody know how to successfully contact anybody for this company ?

I fully intend to report this company to the FCA - I will also be checking AIM Regulations as I cannot believe that a listed company (suspended or not) can fail to offer any credible route for shareholders to speak to them.

I was optimistic about the deal still happening, however the now ongoing silence is very concerning to me. The BOD need at the very least issue an RNS updating the shareholders as to what is happening. This is simply not a way to do business and treat shareholder so dis-respectively !

Why would you hold waiting for a Bull*** RNS re the DFS ?? If you genuinely think that it is going to be poor, then surely you would get out now ! Makes zero sense to me.

To me we have a large buyer prepared to pay 3.2 and a seller drip feeding into the order - not that hard to understand - this will be our year and I am feeling hugely positive that the DFS will exceed expectations and this in turn will result in MOU's been converted to binding offtake agreements. There has been absolutely nothing to suggest anything other than positive progress here !! AIMVHO
