seems to be followed in swift order by another give away placing. Cheap money is usually easy to find wheras JV's and PE funding deals take business acumin and skills !

to help keep the lid on the sp here - always helps get a cheap placing way with out seeming to be too heavily discounted ! - I wonder if PC concurs !!!
