I think those comments are on the money.. it’s quite simple in some ways for us as investors: the transaction price between the consortium and Glencore doesn’t matter, what matters is that Zanaga will now get developed and that the greater number of shares in issue means the final price we realise for our holding will be somewhat lower but I’m not going to grumble (too much) about, say, 200p instead of 350-400p. The dilution could have been less, of course, but at the time it was struck it was what it needed to be to incentivise the consortium for their risk
