I agree that price will go up as some confidence will be rerstored . Whether it will go up by 20% initially not sure but long term feel that is easily attainable

As per below I dont think they will announce a dividend in results but, after what I thought was quite an upbeat update I feel that they may allude to dividends in future which of course will interest institutional investors and pension funds. There are not that many shares traded at the moment but there are lots of shareholders who are either pensioners or employees and they have seen there share price dive.Some are also reliant on dividends to help with their fiances, Good luck All.

I believe that when the results are issued this will be the first stage to a recovery. Although it has a lot of debt a lot of this has been reduced due to the rights issue and there may be some more sell offs. I think this is perfectly placed for a long sustained recovery. I think it is in a better position that Stagecoach years ago and look at that now.

After the reasonably positive update I will be very surprised if results are not good to give this company the lift off it needs. If they can add an update on future dividends share price can start rising.

Spme other posters. Thought I was marooned. This (for me) has been extremely disappointing lately. Markets going down and this does ok. The markets fly and this needs to stop as its temporarily run out of fuel. I am really looking forward to next results as I think we will get a good leg up. My opinion only ood luck and have a good weekend

123.7 after a brief flurry with 124.00

123.6 as I type. Where will it finish today. Did expect this as I said yesterday but still think that this has a lot lot further to go. Remember a lot of pensioners and employees have bought at considerably higher levels.

Why they needed to reduce debt, but, with less debt, increased profit and better trading conditions there is the possibility to continue to reduce debt and costs. Of course this wont happen overnight, but with better trading and profits it puts them in a stronger position to acquire a better deal if they do any disposals and also it could become a takeover target itself.

As expected a good update. Not like the TCG one. This is positive and gives good info. Says its on track and also gives info on great Western. Hopefully once this is digested this share price will go up to more exciting levels.

No they wont. There are too many employees and ex employees. I tried to buy some more 2 days ago and couldnt even buy a small amount at one stage. We will see after update tomorrow. My opinion is it is due to go upwards. We will see.

I think this will start moving soon as we are coming towards interims in a couple of months and they must have improved with less debt and supposedly better trading in USA
