i guess we'll have to agree to disagree on the seller, i still think they've been doing it for weeks and weeks and will TR1 all the threshold crossings in one go once they get to their desired holding, whether that's the whole lot gone or not.
I know that they are supposed to release a TR1 for every percentage point drop below 11% but i've seen sooooo many companies just completely ignore that, then they release a tr1 which says 'levels crossed - 10%,9%,8% etc etc' and the volume in the few days prior hasn't been close to enough for it all to have happened in one go. So basically what i'm saying is i've seen loads of instances over the years where companies seem to completely ignore the rules and nobody does anything about it.
Take the 14th Feb rns here for example. Threshold crossed 30th Jan, RNS took two weeks. When i chased it was because HYR wanted to verify a detail with HYR. Hardly seems like grounds to break the rules does it? But still nobody else chased up or put any pressure on them did they.
Personally i think the whole TR1 scene is completely unregulated and i'm convinced they've been selling. Time will tell.
