Could get shows in drill cuttings early next week as we drill through Seabee ')
Nanushuk end of week if everything on schedule
timetoact I'm sure your sentiment is genuine in that message to Bandy, but would take on a whole different meaning if you wrote it at home with no pants on.
You gotta keep a sense of humour at times like this ')
JT it's called the Stock Market not a TSB saving account. Thanks for your valuable insight.

two half mill buys just put through late (from 14.22) at 4.34 and 4.38P. Nice to see ')
Rich the simple answer is as this is exploratory well it is best to drill down through all potential oil bearing zones, Seabee, Nanushuk 4 and 5, and torok. Once all logging and lab data has been collated assessed it can be characterised and a proper preliminary estimate of the size of the discovery can be made. It could be that if the data is very good then one of the majors operating nearby (Repsol, Oil Search etc) would be very interested indeed at taking it off our hands even before further drills to fully assess the true size of the find. It depends on the consortium's overall strategy in terms of monetising any discovery.
Very excited about this drill. Hopefully word is spreading across various chat boards as the drill closes in on the targets and more PI's will be investing as the opportunity here is too good to miss.
Jeffry what do you base a statement like that on? - if nothing then please pack it in as no investor here appreciates comments like that at this juncture - I'm pretty sure if (when!) we get oil shows this foooker will move faster than Usain Bolt with diarrhoea - I base that on the fact that Usain Bolt runs very fast.
Quick chart showing support level today - quite a few panicked and bailed early when SP dipped sub 4p (went only briefly to around 3.98 on ask - well done those who managed to buy there!. Hopefully bottomed and will rise into weekend I hope, particularly as we will be approaching Seabee after weekend

Maestro, Don't think Tuluwak is another potential oil bearing zone - where does it say that?
Sounds more like a place where ancient Eskimos used to go to wak off.
I'm personally hoping SP bottomed today after bounce off a previous support level at around 3.88
damn that pesky dolphin! :)
COS is an old method of expressing the probability of success of encountering commercial levels of HC's and really just used for punters nowadays. In the industry itself, sophisticated computer modelling techniques are used and no one bothers about traditional COS calculations. Majors like BP have developed very sophisticated and highly secret in- house predictive modelling tools.
from Friday posted at 21.23 ')I think that a pullback will happen soon with MATD as RSI is overheating at 86+ (see chart) particularly if no immediate positive news is due. Also today strong historic resistance level.https://www.screencast.com/t/mIKn2Fxf
Drill of the year spudded on 15 Feb - get your spare cash in RMP quick. Great leverage - SP will go ballistic soon. Multible targets. First target in just around a week, main target a few days later.

should have gone to Specsavers
sorry that should read 'expansiveness' of the Nanushuk! ')
There are close similarities in seismics and other geo data to those of Repsols huge Horseshoe and Pikka discoveries which have shown the expensiveness of the Nanushuk oil sands this instils a higher level of confidence compared to a stand alone wildcat drill.
COS of 30 is quite high in oil exploration.
Definition Chance of Success (COR, or Probability of Success, POS)
The probability that an exploration well will encounter flowable hydrocarbons from a prospect with a described volumetric probability distribution. The COS or POS represents the combined probability of the presence of key elements of a petroleum accumulation such as: the presence of mature source rock, effective hydrocarbon migration and charge, the presence of an effective reservoir and seal couplet and the presence and definition of a hydrocarbon trapping mechanism or trap.
