I have no idea what Andrew expects but I imagine he has longer timeframe mindset than a lot investors given he's accepted the role of CEO and clearly cares about his work.

The tranches as per the Feb 2026 RNS are:

71.45m @ 1.38

35.7m @ 3.45

35.7m @6.9

CEO can start exercising the first tranche at 1.38. That means he can start buying shares at that fixed price (regardless of the current price) until the quota given in that tranche has been used up. (71.45 million shares in tranche 1)

I.e. the price hits 1.60... CEO can continue buying at 1.38 if there's any quota left in that tranche.

He can then sell whenever he wants at whatever the current price is on the market, but he will still need to be in keeping with standard UK business law like insider trading etc.

Hopefully this makes things a little clearer and apologies if I've gotten certain words/ phrasing wrong <3
