Putney - Well done for writing to the FCA , I totally agree with ur comments, the BOD need a good kick up the backside .
This is good news and hopefully the SP should start to move steadily north , we need more of this type of news if we are to make any decent progress in SP recovery. Fingers crossed .

LONDON (Alliance News) - Galileo Resources PLC on Wednesday said its loss narrowed in its most recent financial year due to a reduction in expenses and a profit from investments
In its financial year ended March 31, the mining exploration and development company's pretax loss shrank to GBP1.0 million from GBP1.4 million.
Operating expenses dropped 28% to GBP624,631 from GBP871,776 and Galileo swung to a GBP123,430 profit from a GBP48,443 loss from equity accounted investments.
The company made no loss from disposals, compared to a GBP469,259 loss on non-current asset disposal the prior year. However, it did incur a GBP525,870 loss on impairment while none was recorded the year before.
Galileo is still in its exploratory phase and as such recorded no revenue for the period. During the period, it acquired an interest in the Namibian Star Zinc project from BMR Group PLC.
"The year under review has been positive and the acquisition of 85% of the Star Zinc project in Zambia from BMR Group has been a major step forward in an important commodity...Galileo commenced drilling during September 2017 and completed a 26-hole drill programme during March 2018," said Galileo Chair Colin Bird.
"The outlook for all base metals has improved significantly during the period of this annual report and we are particularly pleased with the performance of the zinc price. We will actively pursue other zinc and copper opportunities, which have become quite a competitive space in which to seek new investment," Bird added.
Shares in Galileo Resources were untraded at 1.16 pence on Wednesday.

Hi All,
BMR Watch was setup for and by Shareholders of BMR, to try and protect our investment - its actually your site!
Please get involved and take advantage of it to air your views and make your thoughts known. It is very important we get as many shareholders involved as possible, to form policies and get consensus on future actions of BMR Watch.
Therefore, its imperative that we know that members are genuine shareholders in BMR.
If you have not done so already, please take the time to prove your BMR shareholding, take a look here https://*******************.com/discussion/1/1789 for further details.
For members who have not proven their shareholding, starting next week, access to discussions and voting will be removed.
Further, there is a poll open to gauge the appetite among BMR Watch members to get exploratory legal advice regarding the recent actions of the BOD of BMR. Please go to https://*******************.com/activepolls to place your vote. Remember, you are not committing to anything at this stage.
Without shareholder participation and support, BMR Watch will fail - it really is that simple.
Now is not the time for lethargy or feeling sorry for yourself and doing nothing. The only way anything may be salvaged from our investments in BMR is through supporting BMR Watch.
Finally, if you are no longer a shareholder and wish to be removed from the BMR Watch mailing list, please email bmr.watch********** with the subject line "Remove".
Best regards,
BMR Watch Committee.

Just been flicking through JLP website came across Kabwe project , the last line makes reference to strong earnings ? if this was the case why or why did AB fcuk it up for us, i am sure we could have found the right investor if he wanted to .
Targeting the recovery of lead, zinc and vanadium from surface assets at Kabwe located in Zambia
6.4 million tonnes (3.2 million JORC compliant) surface material containing an estimated 356 843 tonnes of zinc and 351 386 tonnes of lead.
Jubilee holds 87.5% in Kabwe Operations Limited, a joint venture company formed with BMR Group PLC to execute the project.
Jubilee retains 29% of BMR Group PLC, and therefore a total beneficial interest of 91.5% in the Kabwe project
Jubilee has been appointed as the sole operator of the Kabwe project giving it full control of the project execution methodology.
Currently negotiating terms to begin production in Q2 2019.
Profit offers strong earnings potential targeting the production of lead, zinc and vanadium.
We had very little information when we were Listed - i expect nothing from here on ..... BMR Watch Group is more important now then ever if we are going to be heard !!
• Governance – Non-listed companies are not required to comply with corporate governance norms other than their standard duties under the Companies Act.
• Notifications of substantial shareholdings – Listed companies must provide timely updates on changes in the holdings of major investors but that is not the case in the unlisted market. This means it is harder to find out who else is on the shareholder register of an unlisted company.
• General meetings and AGMs – Listed companies are required to hold annual general meetings (AGMs) and other extraordinary general meetings (EGMs) to pass shareholder resolutions, such as if they want to undertake a capital raising or to vote to approve a dividend payment. There’s no requirement for resolutions to be passed at general meetings at unlisted companies, though shareholders must be notified in writing of any changes
BMR - it wouldn't surprise me now if JLP find a way out of paying us nothing ? what ever we do from here on requires a coordinated approach - the BMR Watch Group would be a good start etc . Here's hoping we can least salvage something from this mess ? Not sure how or where we go from here .
What on earth can they do from here - They have had 10 yrs to get this Strategy right ? Whats happened to all the money which has been pumped in ? More answers required ?
How quicky will they find alternative platform ?
The Directors will now re-set BMR’s strategy as it continues its path as a junior mining company, supported by its interests in Kabwe (as above) without any obligations to fund the plant going forward, the Large-Scale Mining Licence, Star Zinc and the Ester project in Portugal.
Alongside that, with the full support of Jubilee as the largest holder of the Company’s shares, the Directors have already begun reviewing alternative trading platforms for the Company’s shares.
BMR - Not happy AT ALL , just goes to show it was all pushed through very quickly - we shareholders never stood chance to challenge th BOD .
Really important BMR Watch Group continues to press ahead .
Klue - totally agree , i have lost all hope with this guy - for a Chartered Accountant he has really screwed us share holders. Just hoping we have something to hang on to ,hope we get re-listed asap .
to join the BMR Watch Grp if you wish to see any return on your investment. We still need a few more of you join the grp and pool our shares .
Keep going folks we are now at 14,52%, if we can get to the 15% mark which should be sufficient for us call EGM ?
Looks AB, has started implementing his exit route, we are playing catch up .
Its catch me if you can senario now .
Still can't believe how we have come to this - lies - deceit - mugged ............................
