Helium1 have done just that in Tz.
Well done Lile, thanks for the info
So am I getting this right . . . . .
Jay and the team want to realise a value of min $5 per bbl. They reckon they have min 1.5B bbl recoverable. There are 907m shares out. Fx 0.79. = $5 x 1.5E9 / 907E6 x 0.79 = SP = £6.53. That should cover a few Ski trips to Norway, just I have to wait till 2028 to go, but that’s not that far and ties in with me being 65 and retiring – go Jay, bring this home.
Do you believe PANR are sitting on a truly vast amount of oil? Independent experts do.
Do you believe this oil is recoverable? Pending, but Alkaid suggests it is.
Cash flow is what I believe is the problem, not fundamentals. Do you believe they will secure resources to take them forward via a farm-in or fund raise? I do, the asset is just to tasty.
If you do not believe this stuff then bail out - me, I'm sitting tight. I've been here for a good number of years and my target was £8, currently £5.
DYOR
And what do we think of Carlow. Surely ARV is a gift at this price when we take that into account?
Schlumberger modelling estimates the reservoirs contain 17.8 billion barrels net OIP.
World class specialists backing up PANR company estimates near enough for me. This is significant. Now we excitedly await their estimates of recoverables, then hopefully we're off to the races.
To the best of my knowledge we do not have the information we would need to make a decision. The new lot need to tell us what they are going to do.
For me - the twins have shot them selves in the foot by offering this dividend - this money is needed for WN - we are not in a position to be distributing cash.
For sake of clarity I sold out entirely last week and this development does not make me think any differently.
So we are being given the opportunity to vote the old BOD out and a new BOD in. The new BOD is much larger. Clearly the existing BOD do not approve of the proposal, but that is no surprise.
Right now we do not have any information to make a decision on, I'd want to know:
- how much skin are the new BOD putting in the game personally.
- what are their plans for RBD and how they differ from the current BOD.
- more on the track record of the individuals being proposed, we're told they are sharks, but is this true?
Cheers Smythery! I have tried saying similar more than once before, although less eloquently. I hope the investors here will now listen to you - it all gets SO boring and undermines this page and the stock.
Perhaps more like 4000 ft Seahawk, but thank you for your summary.
Wow, there's a cup half full sort of a guy - real party animal I'm guessing!
Fair enough he has resigned as Co Secretary, but he remains a director. I do not understand how that is bad news.

Appointment of someone with Chris's background looks positive to me, must have something meaty to work on.
Lets' just stop all this *****ing and back stabbing - it is so undignified. Just do not respond. I even wonder if everyone in the ***** fest are on the same side ie trying to obfuscate this board.
Hi Wiltshireman - I was at 3850m last Tuesday, all seemed fine to me!
And if you are a chartist - I'm certainly no tealeaf reading expert, but do take an interest - then following a sustained fall since April last year we have had a distinct up turn since about mid Dec. Guess it doesn't surprise me that there is a bit of a correction, it's been a bit heated since mid Jan.
We could bounce off 0.2p, but if we go below that then I will be a bit less comfortable.
. . . and there is the recent RNS on WN. Things aren't so bad. Be nice to have some solid activity but that should come to the patient.
Fears over Ukraine
Hi Gray Panther, Agree with you. Actual flow rates at this level would be more convincing - a lot! But hey if RPS have over egged the cake/pudding/whatever even a chunk - this is still a superb flow rate. Also if it were based on actual flow rates we would not be where we are today, the picture would be completely different and brighter and SP would be reflecting that.
Guess you have to ask your self how much trust do you want to place in the qualified person and make your decisions based on a combination of that and your thoughts on the planning review outcome.
YES! - the qualified person who wrote that. IE someone whose job it is to put his name to a statement like that, seems pretty powerful to me.
Thunderbirds are go ! That's a great animation, thanks Sailplane even just for the entertainment!
