Its clear (obviously now) that the aim no pun intended was to get "Bet" up and running of which the RNS of 27th March details and then to simply go after the whole operation of which the RNS of the 31st March details likewise

To anyone perturbed by this suspension I suggest you re read the RNS of the 27th March rather than the later ones as this puts into perspective what this temporary suspension is all about and why its now in place

After being seriously ill and finally recovering I start doing the rounds of the "smaller" valued stock I own and what do I find but that utter specimen still attempting to deramp......clearly hadnt worked as MOS was at the highest at "suspension" it had been for some time and certainly into years

Nothing is amiss clearly quite the opposite (sorry to pixx you off Amtech) however this proposed acquisition could take some time to sort out if it proceeds thats clear (albeit only my opinion)

Clearly there would have been work going on in the background prior to suspension

The first of the 3 RNS of 31st March is clearly the holy grail of what Mos was and are aiming for

For me Lombard increasing their stake to 4.5% says more than anything else. What do these guys indeed know .
