Everyday my 28p purchase price which at that time seemed like a bargain price prior to this costing fiasco drifts further away. For a time it looked like the price had bottomed at 24p and gave some hope, but today it has shown to be a false dawn. The downward drift just doesn't seem to stop, and looks like reluctantly I will have to put more at stake to get a chance to recoup my losses. Still stuck in two minds whether I am just trying to dig a deeper hole or wait with patience for the positive trend to resume with what I hold.
Why is it just valued at 0.8x revenue? Am I missing something?
Key here is the small mcap. The market sentiment on any company Blockchain related is super bullish. At just 10m mcap this can easily do a few bags in the next few weeks, and possibly even more if there are real positive update.
Josh, I just don't see how as that would clearly deviate from what has been declared in the RNS and would be to mislead the market. Somebody has paid and bought all the placing shares. But I am equally clueless and surprised on the missing TR1s.
Josh, the RNS for the placement clearly said that the placing will not be underwritten. The placing results were also declared as oversubscribed in the subsequent RNS.
Anyone eligible over 18, who also know about the trial will want to get their hands on the nebulisers to treat themselves at home, as it looks the most straightforward treatment for the lungs to stop the disease from progressing.
Wouldn't surprise me if we get the first patient recruited and last patient recruited in the same RNS next week! Certainly have an exciting March coming up.
Since this trial will be done at home at early stage, 10 day course if I recollect, could we actually have the last patient dose all done within a month once dosing starts? The doc on the panel mentioned 100 patient on each arm, and a possibility to apply for EUA immediately if the phase 2 trial looks promising. 200 patients doesn't look like a big number to me to fill considering the US is recording 100k cases a day, and the treatment will all be done at home.
Thanks for this. I am trying to get a view of comparable international pharmas operating in the same space. Still to find any time to do any thorough research. Anyone with views on this list? https://www.benzinga.com/markets/cannabis/20/04/12591805/a-complete-list-of-nyse-and-nasdaq-listed-cannabis-companies
Reading through everyone's posts, looks like I am amongst the rare category with an average in the 200s. I can't even now recollect when I was last on paper profit. Don't have a holding anywhere near as large as what some of you have, but it's my biggest investment with a few thousand shares which I hope will be life changing someday. I do sometimes regret of going all in too soon, as for the majority of days since I started investing here I could have bought much cheaper if I had a bit of patience.
Nolupus, what is your hunch here? Placing?
As I suspected earlier, three rapid RNS gave enough clue on what was about to come.
While a fund raise was expected at some stage later this year, still feel a bit robbed that the management couldn't wait for a more appropriate time to dilute existing shareholders to a lesser extent, especially now when it looks like they will complete the initial recruitment phase soon.
Any management comments on not needing any immediate funding really needs to be taken with a pinch of salt.
Should have really believed my own hunch and sold into the spike after the third RNS only to buy back later like many will now do. Opportunity to profit wasted and a lesson learnt. What will still keep me involved is the science here, but time will tell whether it was eventually worth it.
Definitely getting interesting. It won't be one bit surprising if one the next piece of news to hit is of the US govt pre orders on conditional trial success taking a good chunk of the 100k monthly production target, with the UK govt left twiddling it's thumb.
Well I am very much determined to hold on as all the science does sound very promising, so am hopeful it will reward us someday. And if they want to bring this down, so be it, I will just try and top up even more when possible and lower my average.
Still can't understand why we have a seller trying to keep the SP subdued on every small rise. AFAIK the company has been making all the positive noises, and I can't really see any other pharma so undervalued as this anywhere and with a better risk reward ratio. So frustrating, but then WFDIK.
Three continuous RNS are what worries me slightly as it is a bit out of the ordinary for the company. The fact that it is all positive is of course brilliant news, but just worried if it is on the pretext of getting the SP up for a cash raise, which so far doesn't look to have worked very well so far.
Time will tell of course.
Definitely a bit disappointed with the SP today. It doesn't change my view that this is an unloved and significantlyundervalued hidden gem which will some day come good.
The Company would definitely need cash at some point of time this year. I just hope that any placing comes in the second half of the year, by which time we should have had hopefully some clarity if the drug has had some beneficial effect on the first 100 patients. Anything positive coming out of this and news of the trial going ahead for the full 300 patients would definitely mean minimal dilution for us folks holding at the present level, as I expect the SP to be significantly higher by then.
Looks like March could be it with the top line results. Good thing that they have announced that they will inform the market once the 100 patient target is reached which might be early March or late Feb if the recruitment continues at the same rate. Perhaps the SP action will begin in a few weeks time in Feb as anticipation builds up, so now is a nice time for me to do a mini top up when it's still a bit quiet.
Still a bit surprised with the lack of SP action given the ongoing trial and the low current mcap - seems to be just trading sideways between 10 and 11p for a good few weeks now. Let's hope we can get a move on towards 15p soon.
Do folks expect a RNS once 100 patients are recruited to build up a bit more SP excitement or will it straight be a surprise interim readout RNS?
