Someone said "Look at the ‘features & details’ section." (John117?), this sounds reasonable, however, in advertising, as in
giving a lecture to students, you have to capture and retain your audience's attention, in the first few seconds of your opening speech, or they will turn their attention somewhere else, and you would have lost an audience. So, in this case, if the eye-catching phrase such as " First known Virus-killing mask" on the market, is not there, to catch consumers attention, they are very unlikely to go further down to read the "‘features & details’ section", would you do that, if you are not interested in the product (because it is no different from others- just another 'Face Cover' !) or the product's description does not whip up your curiosity to find out more? In my opinion, the description does not convey the Virus Killing propriety
to consumers right from the beginning ( not unlike the HeadLine in newspapers), it should be the HeadLIne of the listing.
If you have not been following the development of this mask, would you be able to tell this is a Virus-Killing mask, as there is nothing in the description that mentions the "virus-killing" propriety of this mask, which is what set this mask apart from the hundreds of different types of mask currently on the markets! I hope the seller would revise their listing description soon, to add and emphasize this mask's "virus killing" propriety, so as to help would-be buyers to make their buying decision.
Would you all agree that there are hundreds of different brands listed for sale on the Amazon platform, and it is vital for P2F
seller(s) would put on an eye-catching phrase like: First known "Virus-killing" mask on the market, to differentiate P2F mask from others. Further more, the masks should be photographed against a dark background, to accentuate the whiteness, purity of the materials used, which in turn enhance potential buyers' confidence. Presentation! Presentation! Presentation! if you want to sell your products, especially online!
P2F mask listed on Amazon for sale does NOT seem to have mentioned that the mask could KILL the covid-19 virus, why? yet "Virus-killing" is the principal selling point of the product.
Could someone answers my question please:
Am I right to say that the Virus-killing materials , printed on the mask, only become 'activated' after we wear it, does it mean the Virus-killing materials react with our breath (not the Air) to become 'Live'.
This has to be explained to consumers when and how the virus-killing materials become activated, so that they know
whether the masks have to be kept Sealed once opened, if the virus-killing materials DO react with the Air.
One improvement can be made (obviously at extra cost) is to have the mask 'individually sealed (like 3M Aura 9322+),
this would improve user's confidence, convenience (only open when you need it, this would appeal to Airlines for their passengers, just add £1.50 to their ticket!)) and last but not least, it raises the hygienics level and greatly enhance the product's image, when we buy insurance, we actually buy 'peace of mind', and buying a mask is no different, could this product gives me 'peace of mind' ? It lies with the presentation of the product, Presentation could make or break a sale!
The new Board is right about the negative impact that speculation can impact on the company if you care about RMS and your investment, you should give the new Board time to execute its plans, support the new Board in whatever ways you can, indiscreet utterance could unwittingly cause the company a lot of harm.
Many people on this board do NOT realize how damaging it is, to the company's image and reputation, for posting vicious and uncouth messages, attacking each other; calling each other names; making a totally ridiculous prediction on share price, etc.,
Your behaviours truly reflect the lack of harmony, corporation and support, between private investors and the Board, I appeal to you all to stop making a personal attack on Board members and fellow investors and start to behave like responsible adults, and try to understand what 'freedom of speech' really means.
Shareholders with nominee accounts at HL, can send their broker a Secure message, under the heading - Corporate Action instructions/ Voting instructions/AGM requests.
Thanks to those who very kindly explain to me as to how shareholders with nominee accounts could vote, at AGM/General Meeting, via their respective brokers.
Look forward to a brand new BOD, staffed with principled and far-sighted individuals.
How would RMS shareholders with their shares held in their brokers' nominee accounts give their supports to Dr. Cave?
Do they have to instruct their respective brokers to vote on their behalf, on issue of removal of directors? When would be a General Meeting/AGM? Would appreciate an accurate answer, thanks.

Yesterday's Free Float=1.19 bm
Any explanation?
Can anyone explain why RMS's Free Float has decreased from 1.19bm to 185.31 m today?
(figure taken from today's FT)
We are losing our focus, and deviating from our main course of removing rogue directors.
The top priority of private investors is to get rid of the two 'blackguards', to ensure that private investors have enough votes to vote these two undesirable and unprincipled directors out, PIs should talk to their respective brokers, who hold shares in nominee accounts for their clients, as to how they could vote for the resolution to remove the two directors, at the shareholders meeting.
For reference:
"It is a serious matter of concern for a company if a director is underperforming or if he or she is at odds with the strategies which the majority of the company’s management have adopted. In such circumstances, there may be no alternative option for the company other than to seek the removal of such a director.
In many companies, the power to remove a director from office is granted to the board of directors or to a majority of the shareholders under the company’s articles of association. For these companies, removing a director will require the board or a majority of the shareholders to serve written notice on the director in question.
For companies that do not have such powers enshrined in their articles of association, the Companies Act 2006 provides a statutory procedure to allow the shareholders agreement to remove a director by passing an ordinary resolution (i.e. anything over 50%) at a general meeting of the company. "
New shares are likely to be placed with: 1. Volz Financial Services Ltd. ; 2. the new P2F director ( still no RNS announcing his appoint) or his company; 3. Braveheart Investment Group.
Due to oversubscription of the placing shares, the market share price of RMS is not likely to go lower to match the placing share price of 1.25p, when the new shares start to trade on 27/12/20. In my opinion, RMS share will not go below 1.30p
On Friday, Remote Monitored Systems PLC (RMS:LSE) closed at 2.20, 1,848.63% above the 52 week low of 0.1129 set on Mar 19, 2020. Taken from the FT today.
Free float of RMS was 192.25m on 01/12; today's free float is 1.19bm, could someone explain the surge of Free Float from
192.25million to 1.19 billion. Figures taken from the FT. Thanks for correct answer.
RMS is mentioned in The Times today under: Stocks that could double after this year of trouble.
