"You only get what you paid for", if you believe in this, you would probably stop cursing the CEO for not turning the company around, he was recruited within NNN's price range, which is far from being able to hire a 'Heavyweight' from the City, so please put the whole thing in proper perspective, and see what he would come up within the next three months. The joint venture with Volz seems to be still intact, which provides a glimpse of hope.
There are huge opportunities to do business with the Chinese with regard to licensing of NNN's
covid-19 virus killing nanotechnology at this very crucial time, unfortunately, NNN management team
probably don't quite know how to approach the Chinese government via their embassy in the UK.
It should not be a problem for VLS to raise funds to match the government's £27 commitment, as 56% of VLS's shares are held by UK institutions (source: FT), some of them paid around £2.00 per share during the company's initial placing, and for their vested interest, these companies would do their utmost to ensure the project would be a success.
Covid-19 is causing very serious social upheaval in China, and it has been proven that Chinese homemade vaccines
are not as effective as Pfizer, importing foreign vaccines into China is out of the question, further clamping down on
protesters who want Covid-19 restrictions to be lifted will only exacerbate social instability, and at this very crucial
junction, NNN's covid-19 virus-killing technology will be most welcome by the Chinese face mask manufacturers, who
could use NNN's technology via technology licensing, the potential could be massive if NNN's board has not approached
the Chinese mask manufacturers about NNN's nanotech, it still has time to do so.
Please be patient and give the joint venture a chance, to test and then market a product is not as easy as most of us would have liked to assume. According to the previous RNS on the joint venture, we should expect some news, good or bad, sometime in April. Perhaps we should stop those pointless speculations and refrain from antagonizing members of the Board, just to show the well-disciplined Germans that we are not a bunch of uncouth wild kids.
China is trying desperately to contain the new surge of covid-19, it is either they have never heard of NNN's covid-19 virus
killing technology OR NNN does not want to deal with China. NNN board's decision on whether or not to deal with China, should not be a political one. Just take a look at India, an ally of the West, still keep on buying oil from Russia; still refuses to condemn Russia's invasion of Ukraine, what I am saying is: self-interest comes first, then you could help others, or you can stand on the moral high ground and watch your ship sinking!
China may not need our face masks, but they would certainly welcome our Covid-19 virus-killing nanotech, it is not clear whether NNN has contacted the Chinese face mask manufacturers about licensing. Now is the time to do it, when covid-19
infection is spreading like wildfire in parts of China.
Has NNN board tried to approach Chinese mask manufacturers, to arrange licensing of our covid-19 virus killing technology? If our technology could help solve their covid-19 problems, they would be too happy to pay a high price
for it! The Commerce Section of the Chinese Embassy UK would be too happy to assist.
NNN Board had already made it very clear that the application of nanomaterials to filters of the ventilation system would take a little while (3/4 months from Dec 2021), therefore, there would be no RNS on JV until say March/April 2022. Just be patient, in my opinion, the floor of this share should be around 0.6p.
News on the filter wouldn't be available for quite a while yet (3/4 months), as the application of nanotech to ventilation systems on Airlines/schools/cruise ships, etc., would certainly take time to try and be tested, before any meaningful official announcement on the RNS could be made. All I could say is, I have 100% confidence in Volz's approach to new technology, NNN needs someone with engineering discipline to fully understand even the simplest manufacturing process, this is where our new CEO comes in ( remember how RMS couldn't even manage to operate a single face mask machine!), without him, our partnership with Volz would certainly be unequal, with one dominating the other. So it may be only fair to stop making unprincipled criticisms and uncouth remarks.
Selling to the NHS does need some relevant connections, so don't blame the BOD, just read this: "Health Secretary Matt Han**** owns shares in a company which was approved as a potential supplier for NHS trusts in England, it has emerged."
Nobody seems to care a damn that UK scientist has invented covid-19 virus killing materials, and MHRA's approval does not seem to have any significance, we are living in a country where ex-prime minister, ministers, MPs, and top civil servants all
collude with one another to fill their own pockets!
Correct answers to JonnyMango's questions should come from Dr. G Cave, the man who invented the anti-viral chemical, as his answers would also have legal implication, in the event of a dispute concerning the mask's effectiveness against Covid-19,
I, therefore, suggest that questions of this nature should be directed at Dr. G Cave.
In my opinion, the only hope to get the sp moving up north is the signing of a contract of some sort with Volz, who probably has the clout to deal with various EU governments.
Some websites selling P2F face masks have mysteriously disappeared, why? My guess is that VOLZ wants to have the worldwide exclusive right for the sales of P2F masks before they sign the contract. If this is the case, it would be extremely good for RMS, we really do not want any Tom Dick and Harry to promote the mask in an inappropriate way, which only damages/cheapens the 'world beating' mask's image. Let's wait and see!
Don't forget RMS is only a minnow, to negotiate a big deal with a large company, cannot be easy, in the commercial world,
it is big fish that eats small fish. VOLZ seems a large decent family run business, from what I learn from their website, our contract negotiator needs all the skill and time plus luck, to create a win-win situation so that both parties would walk away feeling they both have won, otherwise, there would be no contract to sign. I think it is reasonable to assume that, currently there are no reasons to issue an RNS, so we just have to wait, patiently, and for those who can't stand the heat in the kitchen, they should know what to do.
What the market is actually looking for is agreements signed between RMS and its collaborators, to bring P2F mask to the global markets in a meaningful way; to appoint Sole Distributors in Asia, (where mask-wearing is still mandatory in many countries and based on records, there is more flu of different types emerge from year to year,) as we all probably know, a Sole Distributor would work their guts out to meet agreed sales target or lose their sole distributorship, which is a powerful tool employed to promote and sell one's products, for companies without local knowledge or connection. I am happy just to watch how RMS management run the company, this is a fantastic product, it is not too late to bring the product to the market, having said that, this is a time-sensitive product, especially in Europe and the US, it is now or never, as time and tide wait for no man.
Why I think P2F mask should be packed and sealed individually, IF selling to organisations for distribution to their clients:
Needless to say, it would cost more, but would make the distribution to individuals that much easier and more efficient, such as in the case of theatres /race courses/football grounds/airline passengers etc., an individually packed and sealed mask can be easily given to event attendees during ticket purshasing stage, the mask would look hygienic, presentable and reassuring. I am sure our sales and marketing people have already got in touch with the relevant organizations.
Today's Jet Zero Council meeting might bring some encouraging news to Velocys, whose CEO would be at the meeting, I presume.
The path to our government's heart is via the Imperial College, the world-renown institution. Since covid-19 was born in late 2019, Imperial College has become a household name, by virtue of the role it plays in collaborating with the government to fight coronavirus, by the way, Imperial College (and Ipsos MORI, an independent research organization) is currently conducting "Covid-19 testing research study" on behalf of the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC), I mention this just to show you the intimate relationship between Imperial College and various UK government departments.
My suggestion to the RMS BOARD is: send the full details of Dr Cave's relevant research, the certifications obtained plus masks, requesting Imperial College to conduct test on the 'virus-killing' propriety and then publish the final result. If P2F's
claim of its mask's virus-killing propriety can stand up to Imperial College's rigorous test, then the news would reach
all who need to know about this product, at home and abroad, the positive publicity that ensues would be immense.
Which of the following descriptions catches your attention OR arouses your curiosity:
1. Pharm2Farm Pro-Larva Medical Grade Type IIR 4-Ply Disposable Face Mask (10 Pack) - currently listed on Amazon.
OR
2. Pharm2Farm Pro-Larva Virus-Killing face mask - invented and manufactured in the UK.
Majority of consumers do NOT have a clue what "Type II R " is, but EVERY consumer knows what "Virus Killing"
means!! If you want to communicate effectively with the general public, speak their language; if you are writing to the Health Secretary, "Type II R" becomes one of the KEY words, that you must include in your letter.
