I liked the reference to the ML just being a formal approval. Essentially it’s already informally approved and just need to dot the i’s and cross the t’s.

Do we know what price the equity raise will be at? Just wondering if a drifting of the share price in the short term will cause the raise price to drift down as well

The axis update is good. I’m definitely expecting trading to resume soon. The open will likely being very red as people derisk etc. However, that may be an incredible buying opportunity

Do we know if they have done or are working on independently confirmed reserve estimates (CPR)?

I’m not too sure the phone numbers not being answered is in itself a disaster. I don’t think their customers are calling up to place the odd order. They’re not B&Q!

No idea I’m afraid. I was just as surprised with the news as you. Things were looking up and the numbers released the other day were going in the right direction.

Just got to hope that whatever it is, it is an isolated matter which they can deal with, perhaps add some further controls, which is sufficient to get a new nomad comfortable.

The hope is that the nomad jumped ship because there was poor AIM governance (there were issues with shareholders appropriately reporting their shareholdings) and perhaps their fees were disputed. What I can’t then circle with that to theory why the newly appointed director was then removed. Just got to pray that they get a new nomad in the next couple of weeks
