They obviously done a deep research on fundamentals before buying.

Transactions are often shown wrong because of the deal price if it is below the share price when it was displayed, specially if it was a big delayed transaction.

But I saw it as a Buy transaction on my trading L2 screen, also look what happened to the SP shortley after.
