The news updates just keep getting better, im pleased Paul and the BOD have got the Bit between their teeth , and are pushing ahead on all fronts, there appears to be a great determination to push ahead and get jadestone MCAP back where it should be +£500 MCap

i can see Jadestone pushing to be a £1 Billion Company before 2030,

im very encouraged by the progress and the path Paul is taking the Company along.

I dont think Paul will be diluting if at all below current SP, now that would P.....s Tyrus of, dont you think if it was below current Sp i would have thought they wouldn't be entering into such a deal to dilute themeselves????

30p -35p would be acceptable, but i personally think it will be a liftings deal or RBL deal

Yes Tom they could be outbid, but Paul is very experienced in putting these deals together, we have a good working relationship with woodside, that may put us in pole position, but who knows, ?

meanwhile the Brent price is above $80 , the AKATARA gas production plant is nearing completion, we have great support in TYRUS and other fund managers, great support from the banks, so a deal this big cant be ruled out.

I,ll say one thing there's no stopping the enthusiasm of the BOD to grow the Company into a major producing oil Company,

will be an extraordinary piece of Management skills if they can get this deal done, imo the upside on the 2p reserves will be huge!!!!

In the case of a reverse takeover, (probably due to the low mcap currently sat at) should see significant upside on a success case, taking JSE towards an immediate 50,000 Bpd, then AKATARA still to come,

with another big gas transaction towards the end of the year, Vietnam,

before we know it Jadestone could become a 75,0000 Bpd operator !!!!

at least for now there will be no shenanigan's with the SP, until all the details are out,

A few more this morning, good price, imo sit back and let the dividends and Sp work for me, lets see where it goes over the next 12 months,

One thing that keeps me focused is the extremely high investment made here by TYRUS , they are sitting of Massive losses at the moment , and havnt sold a single share,

Also two of our Directors are holding huge amounts , David the investment fund manager is also holding over 30 Million shares , he too sitting currently on massive losses,

Paul the CEO , also sitting with a significant holding and he too is sitting on 50% losses ATM ,

They all remain focused in turning JSE into a Mid Tier cash sustaining asset with huge upside over the next 18 months,

an amazing opportunity to add a few more next week, imo

AKATARA update any day now 95% complete? anyone ?

Can the Company put the cornerstone shares up for a "BID" to the highest bidder, if and when the time comes to raise cash???

or would this just aggravate existing Institutional holders?

£125 Million, quite ridiculous , we will have invested over that MCAP in AKATARA, when it is switched on!!!
