Anyone buying today will still be entitled to shares in the Demerger

Hasn't been announced, so those that have bought and are still buying will be eligible for shares in the new Company

The Cut off date will be announced when the Company issues the "New Prospectus" imo

The question really is how long will it remain "Private" and how long before it starts Dividend payments, as there has been huge Capital investments invested in Ingenuity, that it wont be too long before it turns very profitable, imo and will all the initial Capital invested be on the books????? of Ingenuity that would mean huge Tax relief going forward against profits in the future

The main concern for me , is as long as i can continue to add more shares in the new listing Company held within my SIPP, which im certain i shall be able to do, as i believe the Dividend returns from Ingenuity will be meaningful in the years ahead

Would you not be better to transfer now into a SIPP ??

Is not the Pi,s and how to deal with the splitting of the Company, wether you take your shares or not, the problem lies with the shorters, who have borrowed shares they don't own!!!!!!,

They are in a quandary as are the Funds who loaned out the shares!!!!!, it could go belly up for them very soon, not sure how they are going to exit this problem, but looks like moves are afoot!!!!!

Well thats your choice as a PI, ill be holding on to my share oi ingenuity , it will probably be taken over by a larger investment fund, within a year or 2, not too long to wait, especially if held in a SIPP , which you can add to as it grows

Are on borrowed time, Matt will want this deal to go through very quickly, before the year end, imo Xmas Launch of Beauty products is fast approaching the most Profitable time for the Company ,

The Accounts of each Company will have a separation date set to maximize their performance to prove to the Market as a "GOWING CONCERN"

Sam , do you honestly believe that it will list with No Debt, then on the following day, or even week it will issue debt?????

get real that wont happen.!!!!!!!!, it may raise debt in the following months but it wont be for a long time after listing, the Company will be looking to attract MAJOR INVESTORS!!!!!!! you dont do that by issuing debt in the weeks following a New Listing!!!!

Not being aggressive, just stating the obvious when it is listed it WILL!!!! be debt free, in the future it may raise Capital that's what Listed Companies do on the Stock market

Mine are all in SIPP, they are good to hold Ingenuity for the long-term growth, that inevitably will follow the listing, imo
