with Montara having now produced around 170,000 Barrels of oil alone that will generate a very healthy cash return. If Montara can continue through till end of year without too many interuptions JSE will be in a good place.

A new oil and gas law that will be enforced in Iraq is expected to spur investments in the hydrocarbon industry and boost revenue, an adviser to the country’s Prime Minister was reported on Thursday as saying.

Great news for JSE, just as they are heading towards another lifting, No issues with production ATM, and producing around 20.000 Bpd, this surge in oil prices will add significant cash to the books,

Has the G of R any Merit in their case to refuse PAT ??, need to look at the early history from their point of view, the License being operated at the time, the work done by the Raj Ministry of mines etc,

whilst i believe PAT has very strong grounds , they (G of R ) will move to differ on the discovery and who actually put the ground work in, ?? their case is weak, but they will , put a defense case forward,

the bottom line is

They want it for themselves

A good interview, its good there are many working in the background to resolve all the outstanding issues,

i am sure they will all see the economic advantages that opening the pipeline has to Iraq Turkey , but more especially to the people in Iraq , who rely on the oil and gas sectors for their lively hoods and future prospects of their children and families , its just a matter of time before it the pipeline opens and the IOC, s get paid

Brent up $10 this month, bodes well since the Montara production came back on line, the next lifting should see a nice return to JSE

Heading back to $95, JSE currently getting premium prices to Brent, many say we will see $100 towards the end of 2023

if that occurs, then JSE will be in a very good position, i am happy with $90 Brent price for now far higher than managements expectations ,

Consistent Production will push JSE higher , not ramping , its just plainly obvious
