rns dated 27th march clearly states 612million shares on issue,175million warrants and on that day 49% in public hands.rns dated 25th may 2011 states that hb finance purchased 10 million shares under a warrants issue scheme at price of 1p.

posted on friday at 20:24 "only 528 million shares on issue,took me 30 mins to buy at.90p"basic research will reveal that there are in fact 612 million shares and 175 million warrants on issue,from rns dated 27th march.good luck to all genuine investors on this bb.
