Debt cleared and the valuation is 1x cash where many comparables are valued at 10:20 or even 30 times cash.

The current market cap is incredible and as stated, there aren’t many who haven’t cash in on the previous attempts of 22-23p, so once through this I think the next legs between 30-50 will be quick.

The news is strong entering the end of Q1 and as I stated yesterday the M&A of significant cash cows is growing. We’ve seen SOLG go from pence to 81p on hype alone whereas this company is making money hand over fist.

If you ignore the cash generation and golds ATH I suppose you’d have to go with the buffoon who goes with his gut over fundamentals!

Given the speed THOR have paid down their previous debt and the cash generation VS current market cap, has to put the company at the forefront of the big boys.

The cash generation and gold being at an ATH makes this even more attractive, especially if you assess the ROI vs cash conversation and the current MC is obsurd.

500m paid for company generating the figures they are would be repaid in a blink of an eye 👁️… could get very interesting that’s for sure.

It’s only dropped as a late report trade which was then below the offer.

Looking at todays update on what’s going to be presented, one can see why Morgan Stanley have not only taken a sizeable stake in Challenger but continue to increase. I believe we are also due another TR1.

If you also consider what Chevron paid for their farm out of area OFF 1 which still has to undergo a seismic assessment (they paid cash of £12.5m for 60 percent, what value is AREA OFF 3 with all of the seismic data completed?

Now look at Challengers current Market Cap and there is a huge disconnect between current value and why they’ve stated OFF1 values at 25pps without even considering OFF3 and there other assests.

So considering you’re underwater by 99% you’re hardly going to have a positive outlook on the future…

Others haven’t been so stupid and given Morgan Stanley are happy to throw money at this stock, says it all for me.

So do we listen to someone who quite rightly has a jaundice view (being cash negative) or piggy back on Morgan Stanley’s coat tails?

Or you could ask yourself what Chevron saw and back their convictions and why Morgan Stanley keeping buying.

Interesting article and chart analysis from Zak with the treble bounce off the RSI and the golden cross of the 50 and 200 dma. Initial target 11 and stated may even test 16p this month with the technicals, and that doesn?t include Morgan S appetite to increase their stake.

So they raised £7m at 0.50 and the shares are now being sold at 0.46 which is the lowest value ever. So either the TR1s that released their increases are selling a few to keep hitting the bid in order to drive the price down to then accumulate more of these are genuine weak sellers wanting out at a loss.

Either way, the two announcements in my opinion have out the company in a very active and exciting space and it won’t take much to have this turn and on the right news, multiple incredibly quickly.

Some patience is needed I feel!

So the unaudited results are out with investments of £38m and liabilities bringing the positive equity to circa 23m

Company is valued at 4m !! The CULS will be repaid and the positive cash flow (as released) makes this current market cap multiple times out of kilter
