I’m curious, why put so much effort trawling through accounts when you’ve openly stated you have zero skin in the game and don’t see an investment opportunity here? Surely you Warren Buffet skills would be better off utilised elsewhere.

As I stated, I know for a fact the top miners are actively looking at global resources to safeguard future resources and supply routes, and never has this resource been more valuable given the global and economic situation.

Clearly neither croissant or you have a clue about TR1 rules with companies and institutions crossing thresholds… it may well be a forced seller (for a multitude of reasons) as clearly, if it was a sale due to knowledge of financing it would be a huge insider trading red flag.

Just because some are baying for blood doesn’t mean they’re going to get it. Often the opposite happens.

So we have speculators crashing the price hoping to buy cheaper with the finance agreement.

I think there’s going to be a sting in the tail for the those trying to be clever and trade this… let’s see what unfolds

As I posted yesterday, the T&A fundamentals are incredible with the repeated bounces off tbe RSI 50.

The drop was with the 200k sell albeit it’s a measly £10k. They want to fleece the sellers and bank a significant margin given the final buy at 6.10

So here is my prediction and putting my head on the block…

If you consider what a major or venture capitalist would be looking for is a company that self supports a cash takeover and this has never been more prevalent than THOR. If we do some simple calculations, a company or VC could comfortably pay £1 per share valuing THOR at £660m but the cash generation repays this entire upfront payment within 3 years. The fact all other assets are then “free carry” and given the pending PFS for Douta and the continuation and extended minelife would continue to recover cash at a staggering rate.

So it’s my contention that THOR will receive approaches as the cash inflow is massive and for any other company with an inflow of circa £190m and given the margins aligned with golds ATH price, this is a potentially multi billion pound company currently valued at less than £140m

No pumping required … I’ve never come across a company that completely paid down its debt and is generating significant cash far more than the Market Cap.

I’ve heard the same whines about location and corruption … many jurisdictions are getting their house in order and look at Captial metals where they not only won but have helped to transform the corrupt ministers and get them sacked and reinstate licences reinstated.

Does this mean “way over priced” because you have no skin in the game and you’re going for a retracement … because you have not just missed the boat but clearly either sold too early, or have never held.

Very true but this “random poster” has done pretty well over the years and back more winners than the losers and all the fundamentals and my own valuations give an SP far higher than 23p and as HarChris has just stated, the cash generation is staggering that also allows for zero dilution, high dividend opportunity and cash to continue exploration and driving further growth.

So a quick valuation of projected processing guidance for 2025 being between 85,000 and 95,000 oz AU given a All in sustaining cost of between $800 and $1000 per oz.

If we take the them achieving 95k at the highest AISC of $1000 and consider gold at an ATH you have cash positive of circa $2000 per oz = $190m in 2025. Many producers are valued between 10 and 20x cash which puts this in the multi billion valuation potential. That wouldn’t give any additional value to the pending PFS or other THOR assists.

The current market cap is unbelievable and the targets of Zak and the brokers (also on their web site) will be updated massively once the Q1 production figures also land.
