Sorry, did not see your earlier post. I don’t have any GCSEs, Maths or otherwise, but fully diluted CERP (post Steeldrum and allowing for all LIND arrangements and all options etc.) is heading towards 1 billion shares or a 50p share price at a £500M MCAP. 2 billion shares would bring a 25p share price at a £500M MCAP. Let’s say the big deal was to materialise soon and LK issued the next 1 billion shares at 4p to pay for whatever it is. Is what he buys with £40 million in shares going to cut it? Unlikely. So you can see that there could a lot of share issuance to come before CERP gets anywhere close to a £500M MCAP. I think that original reference to a £500M MCAP has misled a lot of investors. I doubt that was LK’s intention when he made it, but that has nevertheless been its effect.
