I’m not a massive fan of profiting at someone else’s loss’s but someone has profited handsomely off the back of mine this year! Been caught out good and proper with over exposure to oil pre covid. No ones fault but my own though!

Hi Jennifer, what have you got the enlarged co FCF estimated at with current oil prices? I sometimes think my sums sound too optimistic..

Although the extra % is substantial to us I work figures off 5% and even that values this at 30p based on $50 oil. Now the deal is confirmed I can see 25 p soon and then there will be a 15-20% difference until relist and the market decides what the enlarged group is from there. I can see the market sitting off the mark by 50% until relist.

As long as oil maintains these levels our FCF is currently around £1.5 B.
This has 100% rise potential within 12 months from here now. Investors will start taking positions here imo.. what’s the cut off date for FTSE listing?

Aker at £7.5B currently. Even if you discount pmo 20% it’s 35p per share.
I think oil will pull back at some point but current sp is too low. If deal is confirmed today I would say 25p is first target imminently

Soon. We were lagging tlw by about 8p so on pro rata we should be a good few pence above this if the vote gets passed

Thank you did you reply also. I agree with everything your saying and I believe the same applys to all markets across the world, but the DOW will get hit hard IMO , down below 25000 for sure.
I actually think the market needs it because this is not a healthy reflection of value.

Maybe sub £1 is optimistic, I will reevaluate when /if we reach that £1.35 target.

When this lockdown gets extended yet again. This damage is beyond repair now, defaults of a colossal magnitude are coming and it’s going to be allot worse than the 2008 finial crash. What other way out of this is there?
The government are very quiet on unemployment because they know if they through that petrol on the bonfire there is going to be civil unrest, but it is there and it is coming. Furlough looks after employees but there is nothing helping employers, it’s going to get messy.

I honestly don’t see how you all think sub £1 is so unlickly when it’s seen 50p on a lot healthier economy than what we are currently valuing.
