0.5p would assume around 200% on relisting
0.7p would assume around 350% on relisting

I would love that but totally unsure if that is feasible

We will only know when the prospectus comes out.

We might also be able to buy into any warrants

I would love to see a huge re-rate when this comes back and personally I think we could see a huge uplift on the SP pre suspension

Unlike many other RTOs I have been in this SHOULD in theory have revenue and/or some good assets.

Most of the BOD and CEOs are not top tier

I would like to think the vote will be on the 25th and we are live on the 28th

However, I have no idea.

The BOD have kept us in the dark and been a little flakey with details.

Until you see the terms of the RTO nobody knows.

People who were in from years ago probably will loose out. People who got in just before suspension might do well.

The directors bought at 0.08 and I doubt they will want to see that cash disappear.

I'm hoping ADV comes good in the next few days and I can pile into here at these crazy low prices. Thanks whoever is selling.

How some many invested here do not know the process of an RTO

Posting on Twitter and LinkedIn about drilling etc is so bloody painful when we haven't seen anything for two years.

Nothing to really be worried about.

Don't think many have read or been part of an RTO before.

There will be NO deal unless WE the shareholders approve it. States this in clear English in the RNS

"AIM Admission Document that would set out details of the Proposed Acquisition and convene a General Meeting of the Company to obtain shareholder approval for the Potential Acquisition. "

The team will have to update us with the proposed transaction and WE will have to vote FOR or AGAINST the deal before it can be happen.
