Problem is every stock is the same. HE1 and COPL are two that spring to mind as the last 6 months have been similar.

- Seller must be out
- Fair value is many multiples of current value
- Q3 or Q4 update will be huge

The CEO could have various reasons. Such as:

Divorce
Wanting to give some to his children
Start a retirement pot
Diversify

I don't see this as a bad thing.

Why would they need to do a placing? If they did it would mean they wanted to make another investment which would life the SP
