I mentioned this on the Motif chat, any muppet can be a CEO / Adviser to an AIM company. A real leader / management team would have had this in the FTSE100 or even FTSE250 and we wouldn't be a cash shell.

What you have to remember any muppet can be an adviser or CEO of an AIM company. These guys as good on paper as they might be lack the real qualities of a leader otherwise Motif would be in the FTSE100 and not a cash shell.

I am hopeful but it will be down to a company wanting to get onto AIM and not from the efforts of the BoD

"Tiziana Life Sciences PLC has announced plans to redomicile the Company to Bermuda, a move which is anticipated to occur in the second quarter of 2020.

As a result the company will not be seeking to re-admit its ordinary shares to trading on AIM, and will be cancelled from AIM as a part of the redomicile.

The proposals will be subject to shareholder consent. Further announcements will be made in due course."

haha if you are a long term investor it's never the wrong time. What if they issue an RNS after hours or Monday morning and you missed your chance. This would be a bargain right now... could be all time high.
