Well not sure if anyone has sold a house recently but that is still wet signatures. It might not be signatures but just think of the amount of paperwork to get this deal final and watertight

I would say from my experience (currently working in a large bank in wholesale banking) that everyone in the deal will be working from home and that means IF they need wet signatures on documents that could be a slowdown. We don't know when they actually found the candidate but it sounds like they have one. It could be lots of little issues all snowballing into one big delay.

MarkoOiler this was the "definitive" we were due within 2-3 weeks haha jokes aside the times just keep getting pushed but it does look promising
