Was the course case yesterday or today or both? Wondering if there is a way to get the ruling quicker than the RNS process?

Now if I was the chairman / CEO I would have accounts ready in the event we are good to proceed. If we are not good to proceed then they will never get filed. It's all about faith and good will to investors. The big II investors will not want some muppet at the helm.

We are 2-3 weeks away from an update. Shortly that time has gone. Tim will say something will be due in November if you ask haha

@seamus12 true, however the accounts won't have anything related to the court case. Unless the company is about to fold and fillings accounts was pointless and cost money.

So forgive me if I am wrong but regardless of the court case outcome we will still be suspended until we can file accounts.... The China hustle springs to mine.

To be fair though, we have had an agreement with them for a while. Checkout the RNS on "Thu, 11th Jul 2019 09:30" so this isn't huge news but still good. I think if I hadn't sold my holding from 2-3 years ago I would still be broken even.

haha I have bought / sold for the last three years. Not seen many of the older LTH but this has gone up a few times and simmered down.

Just put through a dummy sell for "152500" and I can't get a quote. Anyone else seeing this?
