Who knows what's going here, some large stakes being built recently to combined 21%, (take-over rumours etc) even after the sudden drop last Tuesday. If this goes belly up that's some loss.

If a debt for equity is proposed I believe it requires share holder approval.

Market cap £109m; has lots of potential upside from here one would assume. But this is AIM and the past 2 years have been a roller coaster. Its in a better place now and with Energy Waste Treatment Facilities in the pipeline brighter days ahead.

Consolidation irrelevant imo, the same as having either 10 x £1 coins in your pocket or 1 x £10 note.

I read over on money expert website if the claim is successful a full refund on all the interest paid on the loan plus 8% per annum. That means basically taking out loan at minus interest rates and apparently 88% of claims are successful.

How much were the CB holders loan worth when issued? I know certain terms and conditions are always attached, but it is often the case a D4E swap takes place and often want 95% of the company, throwing crumbs to existing share holders. Then do a RI to raise capital.

Remember Afren 5 years ago just before Christmas started tanking big time from over £1. Seemed cheap at 50p but drifted down into the pennies and bust. A FTSE 250 oil company.

Before the WN preliminary results we were at 0.14. Roll on the "significant discovery" and possible positive outcome at Wressle and we've gained only 10% share value! This was talked as a multi bagger if all came good, more fool us. Why not complete the EWT and firm up the numbers, release the CPR, increase the SP and then do the raise?

TW crys wolf to all AIM cos then gloats when he calls it right. Tern bottomed at 2p last December, TW called it, peaked at 60p now 15p. GKP was also slagged off when at in its pennies peaked at £4.20. Enough said.

What about the previous years, did the same thing occur? Its possible if this business had been run right it would be cash flow positive by now! Anyway, the markets have clearly priced this as good as bust last week.

Why Atlas did not convert recently? Lose more on the back of a falling share price, or pick up the assets as preference shareholders? SP Angel- good riddance. Other questions are when did this money disappear, just recently or over the last 6 months and where was the CFO. £900,000.00 in unauthorised payments and the CFO unaware? It will be interesting to see if some is returned. I assume contact with these individuals have been made for return of monies and none has returned. If this gets finance presumably they will go after the recovery of such payments.

Well, at least it not £2m. Maybe suspension and the general reporting of this £1m is to force someones hand. I assume Eric's payoff has not been paid, and save £300k.

Could it be they're trying to access this account for working capital? As I said earlier 2 placings raising £4.3m and paid out £1m. What also happens to Atlas they have still £1.8m to convert? Cant understand the 2nd RNS with the word TEMPORARY inserted. Do they really believe this will be trading again? Should someone buyout Altas £1.8m conversions and offer 1p a share, total buyout for less than £10m (including the £4.3m fund raise).
