what shall we do mr smith what shall we do, who in their sound mind would trust you and the rest of the kea bod with as much as a sixpence for the parking meter after your disastrous management of the company over the last 5 years. your note on the claim by the drilling company against the nz subsidiaries is interesting indeed as it appears that the Puka permit appears to have been re-managed into other ownership after the claim was lodged, this on the surface looks as if you were protecting yourself from imminent failure of your defence of the claim. this action can be clawed back by the liquidators. mr smith ,a bit of free advice don't embarrass further why don't you climb the sphere again and do us all a favour and don't come down if you do decide to ,try falling.

something the board of Kea isn't, from this day forward why would anyone gift them more cash to squander, they have already blown 20 something million with no result for the owners of the cash injected, run for the hills if you can still run... when the chips are down these monkeys slide, sledge, hide, distort the facts and camo assets not good persons to be supplying more cash too,it will never be seen again by you.

unfortunately for the Kea shareholders is that the main contributing factor to the failure of this company was not the markets nor the oil price but the repeated failure of management, between them they have proven them selves unable to run a celebration in a brewery .i think that the shareholders had not been aware of what total lack of sensible decisions which later surfaced into the public arena ( all the hype was still being promoted at a time when the co was going down the gurgler) when they did it was far to late for them to react before the company tanked this is not uncommon on the AIM board, the turning point for the Kea demise was when IGS employed the monkey called Richard Parkes as MD, little did he know at that point, (or maybe he did know but never the less couldn't have done his due diligence at all) how absolutely useless he would turn out to be, when he did finally acknowledge his mistake took no steps to rectify a very bad appointment hence the total failure, once Parkes was gone IGS tried to rally the troops for another 3 million had already spent 20million but the magazine had been exhausted and that my dear friends was the end of Kea Petroleum as we knew it.,. the shareholders are only able to make decisions based on the information they receive and if its garbage its unlikely they will end up making a good/or best decision as they have discovered.

IT APPEARS THAT THOSE STILL HOLDING KEA PAPER DONT DESERVE AT LEAST THE COURTESY OF BEING KEPT INFORMED OF WHATS HAPPENING ,THE LAST INFO WAS POSTED ON THE 30TH SEPT WITH A DIRECTOR RESIGNATION NOT THAT THERE IS ANY VALUE LEFT (BUT). UNDERSTAND THE LITTLE REMAING ASSET ( PUKA PERMIT) WAS SLIPPED INTO AN ENTITY THAT WASNT BEING PERSUED BY NRG. STORY IS THAT ONCE THE LIQUIDATORS HAVE A LOOK AT THE TRANSFER THEY WILL HAVE LITTLE CHOICE BUT TO CLAW BACK THE TRANSACTION,THEN THERE IS THE OPERATING WHILST INSOLVENT PROBLEM THE DIRECTORS MAY HAVE TO EXPLAIN.

for all the long suffering shareholders ,the NZ subsidiaries comprising ( Kea Oil and Gas Ltd, Kea Exploration Ltd and Kea Petroleum Holdings Ltd ) of Kea Petroleum have been placed in the hands of the Liquidators, nice to be advised Ian..

note that all the NZ subsidiaries have fallen under the bus today. It is Peter Wright playing Capitan Oates, i was right...

Thanks for the correction,shall we assume Peter Wright is Capt Oats now then as Peter Mikkelsen has fallen off behind the group almost a week back and the rest of what's left of the BOD are still in the tent , and we all know how the final outcome played out ...hope IGS isn't in charge oh perhaps he is...

I think it was Scott on his fatal return trip to the South Pole ,who said when he left the tent never to be seen again (I could be gone for some time), most likely applies to IGS and the kea board also....or should

god forbid has no one learnt anything from the last couple of years,what show have future (NER)shareholders got if the founders haven't got the 500k NZ dollars to pay for the Mauku permit, another round of known people joining the board to pump up interest, not a good result for the shareholders when he was in charge of NZEV, give me strength,cant bare to read anymore of the garbage. drill the prospect next year, oil at 40 bucks don't think so. rubbish.

you are correct regarding NZ tax law, any earlier losses are now extinguished and really the company cap isn't 1.08 million if the shares could be traded on open market with a willing buyer that maybe the case but they cant so really it should be nil value as it has nothing of value and wont...the Aim listing may hold some interest but its no real use to anyone in the form its in at present. kaput.. IGS.

the guys that originally set up Kea had a plan ,then IGS came along and wouldn't listen as usual, then took his eye off the ball then decided to give the management to the worst person you could imagine to give it to,(the plot) it all went downhill from there when IGS employed that womble/muppet Parkes,he is painting boats in Singapore I understand.there wont be any Phoenix rising out of these ashes any time soon, history has a way of repeating itself over and over again.

if it ever trades again then we know that someone has been suckered for some cash ,never to see it again if the last forar is anything to go by, best you don't wish that it starts trading again, IGS and the BOD have already had the best out of the company,couldn't run a booze up in a brewery, only thing they can run off is their mouth.

you can forget about these shares ever trading again, and it you could find someone that's stupid enough to wade in and buy some you will need the board to sanction the transfer at least if there is a financial transaction involved, don't know what would happen if they were gifted to the Vatican or some similar establishment, Moving forward, with these pillock's at the helm who would back another project with more hard earned cash, not me anyway, cant keep doing the same thing over and over again hoping for a different result, their run is over.

lets us say from this terrible experience that no one in the future will advance IGS and Peter Lees a shilling in any of their promoted investments as they are not educated enough to manage it. this Kea experience has been an absolute disaster from day one, both are unable to manage to buy a bus ticket. its Ka Boom again.

problem was Gerhart that everyone now knows about the absolutely poor performance of the BOD and by all accounts only managed to stump up 2@6 of the 3million GBP to be wasted on Shannon !!,not the Shannon at Puka either.IGS was really suckered when he employed the Santos Sample Snatcher Parkes it was all downhill from there and now the final kaboom.

I am sure they have been offered better than this deal on the basis the present management weren't involved in any way,but that wouldn't work for them now would it.if the vote is NO it wont make any difference for the shareholders the final return will be the same (nothing),its the trademark over the life of this company.

sorry Onion missed a button you are correct, not 1/100th its 1/1000th of the value as you say ,they are nothing but crooks with no management skill what so ever, happy to waste shareholders money on themselves.

1/100th correct,the sheriff of Nothingham would have been proud of IGS, this performance, puts Robin to shame, who in their right mind could fund this plonker moving forward ,maybe the unwarery who haven't heard of Ian the muppet....
