Great to see revenue nestle at $5.22m.
More than happy to have the company raise funds at 14p so effectively market price.
Looking forward to seeing the revenues grow strongly across 2022 with the increased focus on sales and driving ARR.
Crazy, in my mind, that we have a company that has fallen from a high of around 32p to todays 14.25p on such impressive annual growth across all key performance metrics.
With $7.8m - £5.8m of revenue pencilled in for 2022 BRSD are now on just 2.87 times revenue with a valuation pre the placing at £16.67m...

I sense that MSYS is dependent on DVRG, but not the other way around, so should DVRG acquire MSYS that is okay by me.
I also would prefer to see one listing cost as opposed to two currently and the economies of scale achieved should they come together?
I am a fan of GB and his delivery if not sometimes the hype that goes with his interviews, but delivery is everything in business.
Either way,, I am happy holding MSYS and await the journey of growing revenues.

Believe you me, those pesky MM's as you name them DO NOT want your stock...
The MM's are stuffed full of your shares and simply do not want any more and in some cases are holding through their internal limits.
The MM's just are inundated with retail selling across the board.
Look at the prints. The majority of large prints are sells and there is a queue of sell orders resting with the MM's.

Going lower on no news and until the BOD name that AAA publisher it will drift down.

Nautilus cancelled there agreement with Bids around March/April last year.
Nautilus Real Cricket have since signed with a competitor.

I do not think this is the 'last attack', albeit I am not sure this is an attack on VLRM at all.
We are in the midst of a 'micro cap' crash and my belief is we will see further falls across the board and some will be brutal.
There are many stocks now down 50% and that could well transform to be 75% in the coming 3 months.

Toop was a stock I researched middle of last year, but chose to hold off as I wanted to see further progress.

I have chosen to invest now as there has been some significant progress-
- Investors such as Mike Staten plus Monecor (means less to me) and Oberon have taken significant and increased shareholdings of late
- Directors have taken positions in the recent raise in December

- The company has solid cash position as of today
- Company is due to announce yearly results to end Sept and announced in the trading update that September was a strong month and business is robust
- 5 major contract wins in Sept alone - the company does not announce small wins
- Costs have been lowered and continue to be managed
- I am expecting revenue around £3.5m plus

- Finally, I like the work from home situation as I feel this will drive many companies to upgrade there services and this bodes well for Toople. I would almost argue that they do not need to sell hard and some contracts will be coming to them.

I think the next three years look positive.

I agree SI is the exciting unknown.
Gfin have added new product such as Pokemon in quick time.
Gfin have added sponsorship and adverts which in effect is a new revenue stream.

Full year to end June 2022 forecast is around £9.3m so I expect the 1H to come in around £4m.

We shall see.

The company have historically noted that they are profitable at a revenue less costs level but will continue too spend on sales, marketing and events in order to grow revenues quickly.

I would expect to see a further loss announced for 2021, but that loss moving to break even across 2022.

I was a MM Newuncle. I get how they work.
That is not how it works frankly, as there are multiple systems available to post prices and trade.
1) SETS is The London Stock Exchange system and that is what the LSE use to denote a buy, sell or unknown.
SETS can be either - a) order driven where the MM's make two way prices and are obliged to trade at the execution management size (EMS) - or b) price driven where MM's and brokers can place bids and offers - generally much keener pricing
2) RSP is where most retail order flow is traded and has keener pricing as MM's are not obligated to trade a certain size
3) Crossing - There are now 35 plus crossing networks that take substantial flow from the first two systems and pools like Posit, Turquoise (owned by the LSE) and Liquidnet trade significant amounts and have no obligation to report to the LSE
4) Dual listing like Aquis - which has less liquidity, less MM's and wider spreads
5) Dual listing overseas - like US OTC or NASDAQ or a German listing as examples

I would argue when we look at the trades on ADVFN or LSE (this system) we are often only seeing a snapshot of the day's trading.

Newuncle, you do understand that MM's do not book any trades to look like sells or buys. They simple report them to The London Stock Exchange as is there obligation.

It is the LSE that attaches a buy or sell flag - simply based on which side of the mid price the execution took place at the time the LSE receive it.

NAV at 1.44p given the price rise for Charger Metals.

That's a 44.44% discount to NAV.

Cheap but not hugely cheap. Should see a rise to the 1p level when this gets noticed.

Rather frustrating given the contract signed and trading at 54p plus on Thursday/Friday.

Guessing it will be around the same time this year - so hopefully 3 weeks or so away.

2021 - $5.1m estimate (+56%)
2022 - $7.5m (+47.50%)
