Guzzler, you are correct in copying and pasting the RNS from 11th February 2022.
TS lock in period of one year is duly completed.
TS is now subject to a one year ‘orderly market arrangement’…
This completes on or around the 10th February 2024.
A lock-in and orderly market arrangement is set out by deed and is subject to Aim Regulation.
It would be my guess that TS is not selling shares.
