The company valuation does seem ludicrous at around £5.425m
Cash should have held above £1m
Enterprise Value sitting around £4m being likely
Against a Net Asset Value of some £10m plus and maybe through £11m?
Let's see if they announce a notional dividend with the results...
That's a decent enough holding in a nano cap company and we all start somewhere.
Bring on 150p next week?
Are you a big holder Barnacle?
100 not out
RSP now 87 - 89
Bid for 5,000 at 87p
Bid for 15,000 at 86.55p
MM will take 25,000 at 85p - 1.26%
Offered in 1,000 at 89p
Next week it is then... Sooner the better with numbers.
The company posted a small loss for 1H so it may have pushed into a profit for the full year - cash certainly went up nicely and that was after paying off a small amount of debt. That is certainly positive.
I would take a move towards break even as great progress and a profit as exceptional progress.
I still feel SAL should have a valuation at least at the 2022 revenue number - so £5.5m or 281.75p per share...
Final results delivered 25th April last year so I would expect them fairly soon.
That said, the trading update was 7th Feb last year whilst much later towards end March this year, so we may see the formal accounts for 2022 in May...
I am looking forward to the guidance and update for 2023 as Q1 looks to have been positive?

All of the clubs from MLS and Liga MX will compete in a completely reimagined Leagues Cup: an annual, month-long tournament.
Could MOS ‘s move into Mexico be seen as hugely strategic…
I thank you.

The Paddock Club tickets being sold at £15,875 plus VAT...
That is some sports experience.
The Paddock Club tickets for this year's event seem to be $14,199 currently...

Good insight to the event and what customers can expect for there money...
The positive is DVRG owed a minimum of £1.5m across 2022 (possibly higher) with £1.4m is as yet still unpaid...
So 2022 revenues were clearly £1.5m plus so strongly up on 2021.
The negative is DVRG owe MSYS more than they have in total cash themselves, so unless DVRG raise cash then MSYS could be in trouble...
Not the best situation to be in, but MSYS still have cash in the bank...

There are numerous places/venues where trading takes place.
When you see the quote - it is currently 18.50-19.00p - then that is quoted on SETS - London Stock Exchange Trading System
Then there is a system managed by an Australian company called IRESS that is known as the RSP - The Retail Service Provider and that is currently sitting at 18.832 - 18.9168 (note the RSP is normally better bid and offered than SETS)
The third venue/s are the crossing platforms and these are known as MTF's - Multi Lateral Trading facilities and there are currently over 30 trading European equities and generally trace at the mid price of the SETS price.
I hope that helps.
I would expect the £1.4m to be seen as poor debt as DVRG have RNS'd there cash balance at £1m....
I cannot see how DVRG can continue there business with the monthly running costs plus listing fees and winding up fees - all of those are numbers the Nomad would insist must be in place...
Without additional cash for DVRG I sense they must be discussing options including wind up?
100,000 bid at 18.69
200,000 bid at 18.6025
MM will take additional size...
Someone wants the shares.
Hi guzzler,
I am saying au revoir to the board - I leave it in your safe hands.
But thanks for the offer of a platform to peddle my wares.
I will pop in from time to time but I have nothing to add.
Lates.
I thank you...
Nothing from me.
Just wanted clarity from you.
