Once it gets to the 1p as I have said before I plan to play it like most others do in/out where I can

When people talk long term I wish they would talk timelines if honest. I would like to be well over 1p for Christmas at least but have lost a lot of confidence in it and my money could have been put to better use elsewhere if honest ATVB

Look, There is some sensible people on here clearly but being asked to buy into that the court is corrupt is one thing but then you have to factor something really basic!

If someone had WANTED this land and applied with the auction timeline / sealed bid scenario that had NOT had that registered there would have been an UPROAR given the fact that they would have SPENT money solely pursuing it!
