SIXTY days to SIX months is a big gulf when people including myself on here and I believe you were also WAITING on this news
You can quote any speculative figure you like but the continual cash burn in legal fees for a team that seem to be badly advising us is in all probability why we have ended up here in the first place
TY, I have been involved in here for a couple of years now and watch L2 on a daily basis but have never seen a wee pattern like that emerge before. Naturally, Other people noticed it and just looked for an overview (Y)
Max, I agree with a poster below NEVER allow another poster to put you off posting. You probably have enough in your armoury to countermand the rubbish/garbage they spout. Some people like to be " keyboard warriors " IMHO

To take BACK the land to A) Re-sell the land ( that was offered at a discount from where clp don't think it is worth ?) B) To try and reignite the value of the land by trying to get back the planning permission on the land that has elapsed and the locals "up in arms" about in the first place ? Clarity is needed here to achieve what ALSO is this the LAST route of action we can take on this ?
As someone who has Italian in laws and property in the Barga area things move very very slow with these things and land / property has remained in families over ONE HUNDRED years !

Having been to countless auctions as am sure on here have, If the LAND was that COVETED their would have been COUNTLESS people vying for the land even on the basis to try and locally reinstate the planning permission ( did this myself in a commercial venture and did that very thing!!)
Credible people on here have indicated that haven spoken to FG that everything will be rosy by Christmas, Well as hopefully one of the more DIRECT poster's myself and the "non-shrinking violet" type

I was frustrated at the land deal and things not motoring fast enough . But like others is no hurry now to see how the next 60 days pan out . My hopes were for 1.4 - 1 .5 for Christmas and am confident now we will eclipse that ATVB
