A said at the time having been to many an auction for land etc. It does not matter where you are in the world , Any auction will abide and play by it's laws and legal system. Clearly, The land was never that coveted and it attracted ONE bid! It was never EVER going to be overturned in my opinion! Wish I had trusted my gut sooner, Glad I jumped when I did it's been all downhill since

It has been getting serious since the RNS that stated the Mediapolis would take six months instead of two

I posed the question then , Does anyone really think that you are going to overturn the result of an AUCTION when all is laid bare and a free for all to bid?

Jesus wept! There was people on here suggesting that it was " the old brown envelopes stuff" at auction!

So again the question is posed does anyone feel that the auction will be overturned ?

Am disappointed at the current level also and looking to possibly come back at the end of the month but think money would be better placed elsewhere

Miner One, I remember the share spiking over 100% on the news we were venturing into that market

Mediapolis, RKB is right what are we doing appealing for land that the PP has well and truly elapsed on and the locals are not wanting it to be put back in place by all accounts. It was the most stupidest pursuit this after it went to auction IMO you are never going to overturn an auction like that no matter what country you are in and I say that as someone who has bought at auction here and overseas. Am happy I got most of my money out over a week ago but bitterly disappointed for what I have left. ATVB RJ

For the avoidance of doubt and abject clarity KNIGELK I grasp the enormity of your point and before I bid you a good night. I see you are regular poster and I respect that I really do, That takes patience a quality I really in all honesty lack most of the time . If I can offer up further clarity I don't post that often . If you read back I said I won the lottery AFTER I sold up and money went where it went . Your point of winners and losers is also not lost on me I went from a bad accident to winning the lottery ( 5 and the bonus to be precise ) If you are convinced that this will come good who am I to argue ?

But here is a bad of friendly advice If you can ask a Sugar Baby " Do you know what George Clooney looks like " In an opening gambit and she answers amid wanting to get a better look at you and then you respond "Well I don't look anything like him" and she LAUGHS you have her attention my friend. Because as you say anyone can say anything and usually if I guy says he looks like something and doesn't then she starts off disappointed. You are right Health is far far more important and I agree having been involved in a horrific car accident on the A77 in Ayrshire and spend EIGHTY one days in hospital via a drunk driver in a Vauxhall Corsa doing a U turn on probably then the second worst traffic accident spot behind the A9 a think which is near the Perth / Highlands area ( I think) I decided to sell up and naturally that is another reason I don't like DRINK . In all probability my car saved me and if he had have a passenger in the front I would have probably killed them having knocked him down an EMBANKMENT about 30 feet and caved his car in half SIDE on . When I won the lottery ( not outright )I bought a house in La Zagaleta

In relation to your second point it really is up to you what you choose to highlight as correct and not for me to dissect

When someone chooses to highlight roughly Geographically lives , people can look at this historical thread ( going way back ) Then they are BIG enough (hopefully) :-) and maybe a better OIL PAINTING than me to decide for themselves . Why someone would choose to decide to accept that they were NO OIL PAINTING and relaying this earlier surely they would paint themselves in a "better light"? Or maybe they had just WON A WATCH :-D and was injecting a bit of light hearted fun into an acute reflection of themselves knowing what they have in one's LOCKER :-)

Hi Craig, I like your train of thought a can rest assure you that I have always never had a problem sleeping regardless of what is written about me on here but in all honesty I usually have had a better sleep with a sugar baby beside me . If there are any really talented traders on here much more gifted than me am happy to direct them to some of the BEST Sugar baby sites but I don't know if Admin would let me :-) I genuinely wish you nothing but the very best you are correct my friend I have some life. When I won a large chunk of money in the lottery just AFTER my thirty eighth birthday , All my friends "shook there heads" and indicated "money goes to money" But I just don't like losing money. Hi LtdAxis, Having previously swapped a nice thread with Steve888 the last thing I need is another Rolex but your humour is my type of humour and is not lost on me. In relation to this ESTATE batch of Rolex's I was asked to pay X and happily paid X in the full knowledge that they in all probability did not know the true value of this particular Rolex Daytona Paul Newman but it will need polished and polished to the extent that it does not look as though it has been polished and that is a skill set I do not own which along with what I naturally hope to achieve for it will take time

Hi KNigelK having previously swapped a few insights with you I believe it is hard to get away from or not concur with your train of initial train of thought I retired just before I was 38 having sold up my interests in the care sector in the Strathclyde area and transferred most of my property holdings to an agent to look after. At this time of year having never been married or no kids I have usually just returned from my Florida home in Forest Hills Lane , Southern Dunes , Haines City Florida but on this particular occasion I could not talk my previous Sugar Baby into going for an extended period of time which is naturally why I am on the lookout for a new sugar baby to accompany me to my La Zagaleta home in Marbella but have to confess it is dwarfed by some of my neighbours homes, But as Forrest Gump once said " Life is like a box of Chocolates" and am particular when it comes to my Sugar Baby. I consider myself to be the world champion in bed at on line shopping whilst my Sugar Baby is tucked in beside me with a close eye on what she chooses to purchase . I trade Cartier Santos Glebes and other mostly Cartier's from Turkey to usually wholesale buyers and be rest assured that they are all authentic in a weekly basis, This is to keep the brain active and not really necessary.

I have also tried to reach out to a well respected poster RKB who talks regularly about Glasgow and a former Carpet site in Renfrewshire where he choose to visit before investing in it. I indicated to him that I lived not to far from there to no joy. As I have indicated before I am not the " shrinking violet type" at 6ft 3 and topping sixteen stone whilst no oil painting I consider myself to be a suave , dapper , confident man who can clearly " punch his weight "

Why people choose to point out Max as to when / why / how people sell out and the choices they make to do so I can only presume that some people suffer from either " Small Man or Small Willie syndrome " But naturally accept that I do not know anything about you. I dumped about 4 million shares this week , Just to fed up with it to be honest down over 11k and have a chance to buy a bunch of estate watches that will make more than I have lost here . Not happy about it if honest and although it will take 4/5 weeks to sell the watches and I will probably be back and still hold over a million am so so scunnered with this share!

I never hang around a share more than a year and I really should have trusted my gut at the last RNS and dumped sooner :-(
