I'm not sure that's right perky. The age of the universe as measured by how long ago was the 'big bang' is reckoned to be 13.8 billion years. This assumes that the big bang actually happened, and that other 'big bang' events hadn't occurred prior.
Either way, time is not finite. Even if it all started somehow 13.8 billion years ago, time continues, and will continue I suspect for ever. Infinitely. Whats to stop it?
