Understandable your own choice Hasiba. I wonder though how you see a JV as opposed to finance and off-takers. A JV may unlock potential quicker, but I think if they flood the market the price would go down. Whereas finance can be paid off and the company could control the price with agreed deals with off takers, would this not be better?

Jonno I agree there should be no lack of suitors for any of the three options.

What would be your preference, I like to get a feel for where people see their best options. I'm 68 this year so maybe a buyout would be good for me, but I'd also like the company to grow and being a part of it would be good, so finance and off take rather than JV for me.

Skittish Tanzania has 8tcf of gas discovered by Aminex ready and waiting to provide electricity. It is just sitting waiting for the development licence and pipeline to begin construction this year.

Not only that but they are on the verge of a major LPG plant construction getting the go ahead. They have the means of power, it is infrastructure that is needed and it is being talked of small village/ generation with trucked in fuel

To think they would be not prioritising highly profitable discovered Helium if they are running out of money sounds daft to me as those early to realise profits could fund the infrastructure.

Given that this is an extremely profitable top grade Helium with a very low extraction cost,

this protect could very quickly become self funding.

As David Minchin said, they have a plan once a discovery is made to extract and offtake to majors with big order books. Maybe even buying their own trucks to reach other markets but he stressed the aim is to be a production company and then to evaluate the field with further drills. He was talking from discovery, gas to market within a year.

Running two years behind at this stage with the discovery now having being made (once confirmed) the price of equipment was around $50million which he explained could be financed secured on the find.

I'm making assumptions but currently thinking the finance route would be the best medium and long term option for the company and shareholders.

On the other hand a JV could provide the capital but would seemingly initially dilute by giving some profit away in return.

For short term gain for holders perhaps a buy out bidding war by majors would be more beneficial?

What camp are you in? I suppose some thoughts may depend on your age.

Rob while you make a valid point about past SP, would you like to compare the market cap back then with no discovery to what it is now with discovery?

I'll leave the sums to you, but I'm positive you will find we are are well undervalued in comparison. Just sayin
