P, as we stand the is for all the wells 1 to 6 and is in the signed off SCC decision document.
There shall be no more than a total of 20 HGV movements (10 in and 10 out), to or from the, site in any one day for the duration of the works being sought.
The exception to this restriction being during Phase 3 Production where:
RE18/02667/CON
(a) A total of 32 HGV movements (16 in and 16 out) may be permitted to or from the site in any one day for a period of 4 months; and
(b) A total of 24 HGV movements (12 in and 12 out) may be permitted to or from the site in any one day for a period of 24 months.
P,
Is this the web page you refer to:

P,
I honestly can't see your quote as below in the document on the SCC web site, are you referring to an older document? I have checked Page 6!
'Page 6:-
'Transported offsite via Road Tanker (HGV) on a daily basis.
Out load – ~90 tonnes per day.
Number of vehicles – 3 per day'
This reason I didn't cover this outstanding SCC planning is that it has nothing to do with the 4 key outstanding conditions amendment to the planning permission ref: RE18/02667/CON dated 27 September 2019, i.e for the additional 4 wells.

Happy reading everyone!!
So place your bets boys and girls, if and when these 4 conditions get signed off by SCC and I take it the No 8 will be delegated authority, as well. What then, with the share price.
Oh by the way the other outstanding condition, No. 16, lighting was approved by SCC on 16/03/20
No 8: Transport 05/12/19 Date received, Date validated by SCC 05/12/19. This one does not state either, a delegated authority, or a full committee meeting. So we await an update on how SCC will proceed.
No 19: Contamination 20/03/20 Date received, Date validated by SCC 06/04/20. This one has a delegated authority, i.e. not a full committee meeting.
No 11: Noise 04/12/19 Date received, Date validated by SCC 04/12/19. This one has a delegated authority, i.e. not a full committee meeting.
No 24 Condition: Surface water management 04/02/20 - Date Received: 04/02/20 Date validated by SCC. This one has a delegated authority, i.e. not a full committee meeting
These are the four key conditions which have to be met before UKOG can start work on the additional 4 well program. The approved development must commence within 3 years of the date of planning permission, in other words by 27 September 2022. This planning permission is for 25 years from the commencement date.
These conditions await Surrey CC sign off and are:

We have time to make some money! If still alive!!
