I was devastated today as under 20s. I still 100% believe in cs project. We will either climb back up to low 20s or low teens . Low teens is perfect for me as I never thought I would get that price again. Must say pc needs a kick up his arse but I do think think we have a great product.

So far we have no factual figures on Clayton , baker or cs. It’s all ifs and buts so at present time it’s £1 for me, as pc won’t release any figures. Figures released and I’ve always said that cs could be $100 to $130m and as for the rest of our portfolio not got a clue. Certainly not 5p a share but hopefully 2 to 3p per share. I’ve always said that and happy to get shot down again. I did say from when pc told us about cs that it would be sold. Been shot down many many times as pc going into production but clearly not now.

Love your write up SG and many thanks for enlightening us all. Whether you are correct or other posters at this stage, no one knows the figures and guessing. I'm not disputing time and effort but for pc to put this time and effort in, when long lake which was profitable but not in line with what pc reqd was binned. You could well be spot on and pc has got his calculations completely wrong or big boys have a maximum budget. Were all guessing but I suppose at the end of day if it.6 then it's.6 and better than where we are. 12 years bank interest wouldn't match lower sp. Are the 3-5p taking into Clayton jv and bakers. I don't know.
