Cant believe this is not heading over 2p ...

My last post has been deleted by LSE ... crazy the information i put on the board was public information from the company's office regarding the person who owns the site and the charge from a bank on it.... all is ready to go..

OK ... some more definate information. The company that bought the land Pigeon(Weirs Grove) Ltd was created in June 21. It has one director named Richard Barrington Stanton dob 1964. C. Hoare &Co. private bankers based in the city took a first charge earlier this month on a mortgage so on that basis i would imagine all is ready to go .... as we all know bankers like a regular cash flow from their clients.

Personally i think it will be a straight forward commercial lease based on a yearly rent and not a JV. ... could be wrong but it makes more since for all parties ..

Dream ... i agree as i said in my post just waiting for the signature on the lease ... which will happen very soon...

proinvestor ... what are you on about ... i think your on the wrong board or planet...

Ithink this will be wrapped up very quickly and the deal will be struck by month's end or early next month IMO

I would imagine whoever bought this site did so knowing that they had a ready tenant to lease. Regarding the terms well that's another day's work but i am sure progress and the rent are already well advanced.
