Mcf ... that's definate and hopefully all good ... we need a RNS to drive this upwards ...hopefully this week ...unless it's a garden hose that they have down the drill hole ... by Friday next ..triple the share price ...would be great...GLA...
I think I can agree with what you said ...and contrary to what some punters think ...there's no such thing as Chinese walls.. AK would not be taking a position on another 99m shares and turning loans into equity if he thought we we looking into an empty hole ... just my opinion ...but lets wait and see...
Yes I think AK will take them up very soon ...maybe even next week ... by taking up the option immediately at 1.20 ...would definately push the share price up to that level ...and then positive RNS ...would further enhance the price ...rather than waiting for the RNS first ... just my opinion ...
So if AK exercises this 99m option in the coming weeks..his holding will be 29.95% of the company ...very very close to the majic 30% .... will this stop him from turning any future loans into equity ...as it may trigger a bid for the whole company if he goes over the 30%... just my thought , perhaps again our more knowledgeable posters can through some light on this ....interesting times ... next week hopefully for results..
Is it rather strange and I maybe totally wrong, but AK has agreed to turn a loan into equity and in the same week take an option to purchase 99m shares from another holder...all during a testing period and I am very sure that this man knows abit more about the oil flows etc than the average punter. My point is ...in another world is this insider trading... for people so close to the situation ...
A huge amount of trades today ...showing as SELLS were BUYS ... my broker told me that the sells were 85/86 ... so hopefully thi s will move up again next week ... I think we will have to wait a bit longer for the flow results ... but that's for more well read punters than me ... perhaps our learned friend Ed ... can offer an opinion ..GLA
