I would be very surprised if PMO are buying any of the above assets... even if they have huge tax advantages on doing so ... their aim at the moment is to reduce debt ... and there will always be opportunities out therein the future IMHO

Hawkey... from the refinancing days all shareholders were given the option to acquire warrants and convert to shares at
about 43p per share to be exercised not later than i think 2022. At the time i got 666 of those which i have yet to either sell or convert to shares at 43p each . Shareholders continue to sell or convert on a regular basis and that's why the company are issuing statements periodically.IMO it really does not effect the share price one way or another. I hope this gives you some understanding of the position even if my dates etc are not fully correct.

Why not just go for a loan on the basis that we do have oil in the ground ... thereby not diluting the existing shareholders.... Zenith did this recently.....

I think alot of the posters on here are getting to carried away with themselves regarding the above. We should look at the present condition of PMO and not get overly excited with what the media are saying. IMO we will not be buying the Chevron assets as i think there are far deeper pockets out there to mop these up ... and i would expect in the next couple of weeks PMO share price will be well into the 80's.....
